I eat here way more then I should because it’s convenient. Won’t be going back. They are always out of things or their cc machine is broken. Half the time my food is improperly prepared or ice cold in the center. Employee was super rude the other day for a mistake on their end trying to make it my fault…like seriously how is a missing ingredient my fault? I shouldn’t have to ask for items included in the menu description?!?

Horrible service!!! I went there few times, I always ask for light ice, but they put way too much ice for light ice. I asked the lady if she can make the ice lighter and she said "we would not be able to put any milk or coffee in it." So all she did was dumped the ice out. This location has really bad customer service. They don't respect customer's request, but instead talking back to you or they just don't do it.

Never wants to heat their food up. I asked for the banana bread to be heated up, they told me no. Ive asked for donuts to be warmed up for like 10 seconds they tell me no. The BA location does this out of courtesy. But the 71st and memorial location doesnt seem to care about their customers. This is a failure on corporates end. Do not reply here stating its because of the packaging when I know your frozen sandwhiches are opened and heated up. It should be the same for the slice of bread. If you guys are refusing to handle food items then you shouldnt be selling food items. Do better.

One guy was working on mobile orders and two workers clocked in but never acknowledged us. Very poor customer service.
I usually stop by around 5:45 to get a coffee mobile order before work. This is about 15 minutes before close and while I hate to be that person, they never fail to give me the best service with the hottest coffee (or coldest if it’s a hot day) no complaints at all, friendly service. I asked about a certain donut the other day and they were extremely knowledgeable about making sure I knew what it was, so I purchased the right product. Love this dunkin!

They were out of the red velvet but the guy at the drive thru made me a custom drink based on my preferences. He even made me try it before leaving to make sure I liked it. It was the guy working between 3pm and 4pm today (2-10-24). It was so sweet of him and I really appreciated it!
