I usually stop by around 5:45 to get a coffee mobile order before work. This is about 15 minutes before close and while I hate to be that person, they never fail to give me the best service with the hottest coffee (or coldest if it’s a hot day) no complaints at all, friendly service. I asked about a certain donut the other day and they were extremely knowledgeable about making sure I knew what it was, so I purchased the right product. Love this dunkin!

They were out of the red velvet but the guy at the drive thru made me a custom drink based on my preferences. He even made me try it before leaving to make sure I liked it. It was the guy working between 3pm and 4pm today (2-10-24). It was so sweet of him and I really appreciated it!

Disappointing experience. I consider Duncan to be best donuts in Tulsa, but this location needs better manage or support. They had a list posted, near the order kiosk, of at least 30 things they were out of. We made our decision for half dozen donuts from what was still available. When the person brought the box to counter he mentioned they didn't have 2 of the donuts in our order. We visited at 9:40am, which, in my mind, is still early enough that there should be a decent selection of items available. Staff was nice, just under-resourced.

Wasn't really impressed with the food. I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and it was burnt, the donut tasted like they came from Walmart. The hot chocolate was pretty good.

I had coupons so I used a couple. Probably won't be back as I understand they don't have discounts after a certain time of day to sell out the donuts for that day.

Very slow…everyone having to pull forward to wait for food. Just don’t seem prepared at all. Was asked several times to remind them what my order was. Didn’t even receive napkins.
