It was 7:45 on a Friday morning and the lobby was closed to guests. No explanation just a worker circling her fingers at me telling me to go through the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous the inside of a donut place isn’t open at 7:45 in the morning!

I don't know who ownes this place but I'm tired of getting ripped off by these people. When I order a large latte, I expect to get a large latte. not half a cup and the rest is foam. You don't need that much foam. And then on top of that, I get a burn't Kolache. As you can see in my pictures, The lid is still clean. I haven'y drank anything. Where my thumb is, that is how much coffee I actually got. And on the other picture you can see all that foam. As soon as I find out who ownes this franchise, I'm going to report them to the FTC

So they made my order wrong. Took it back to fix and they still gave me back this burned up croissant and a quarter of an order of potatoes that tasted like old dish water. I’ll be going to a different location next time.

I contemplated on leaving this review and even waited a couple days because I always feel horrible bashing a business. When I was young we loved Dunkin Donuts. My dad even owned one in Kansas that was great. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this one and first time I got coffee which was so horrible it went straight to the garbage. Then this time I bought a breakfast sandwich that was so hard it about broke my tooth. Then a dozen donuts that I special requested some with filling and well…. I could see the drop of filling colored a pin dot on the inside but couldn’t taste it and it was so dry. The hash brown things or whatever they were I can’t even tell u how nasty they were my dog even spit it out. Not to mention the worker was rude. No smile or anything. I get u hate your job but find a new one and don’t work with the public with that attitude. This is one of the worst places I’ve ate in Tulsa and by far the worst donut place I’ve had in my life.

Stopped in for a quick couple of donuts. April provided amazing customer service greeting me from the moment I stepped in. She asked what I wanted, acquired it, & checked me out quickly. A must stop for your morning donuts and brew.

I love this dunkin, it's always nice to come in here and see how great everyone works together. This team really works their butt's off, and there so sweet! If I can, this is the best Dunkin in Tulsa, and I don't say that lightly. 🩷👍

I will never be going back. The first time on 41st street you were closed because of a “mass quitting”. The next time I went I placed a mobile order and every single thing I ordered you didn’t have. Had to give substitutions for 3 things. Today I placed a mobile order for a free drink and avocado toast. On arrival at 3:05 NOBODY WAS WORKING. Doors were locked and the employees were sitting in their cars eating. WHAT?!
I called customer support for a refund, which they started processing. I told them to please escalate the issue because the location is awful. I was told if I did that they’d have to pause my refund and I’d have to wait for a response from management. Never going back to Dunkin' Donuts ever again.
