Waited 10 minutes to order, another 10 minutes to get my food. I was foolish enough to think they’d atleast give me all I ordered, they forgot my bagel after I heard the till operator and manager discussing my freaking bagel in front of me, and they still forgot it. I’ll drop by during my lunch break, I expect to get my bagel

I understand why this location has 2.6 stars. The woman taking our order kept saying the total instead of letting us finish our order, then it took a long time to get our order granted it was only us and 1 other customer, then they put milk in my shaken espresso (a drink that comes with oatmilk) and lied saying she put oatmilk in it, no she didn’t, I know what oatmilk taste like and instead of just making it right she insisted she put oatmilk in it. Horrible customer service. Never again.

Ordered for delivery and they didn't even get my donuts correct at all. I had SIX. 2 Pumpkin, 1 Boston creme, 1 double chocolate, 2 glazed chocolate. I got 1 glaze donut with purple icing, and 4 glazed reg with chocolate icing. WTH?!

Little girl was on her phone outside telling me as a customer to hold in the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes, mobile orders went around me and still no service, so I had to back out of the drive thru and I left. I was being patient, but use your phone on your own time. I only wanted to treat myself to a coffee, which I rarely do because of the prices and that just soured it

They literally never have anything on the menu in store. They're ALWAYS out of things, when theyre just lazy as heck to make it. Absolutely ridiculous. They're always so rude too when telling you they're out. You cant be out of wraps for a month straight.

ive been going here as long as ive lived here and its been disappointing many times before but ive kind of just dealt with it. now its just ridiculous?? teenagers are standing outside in uniform 30 mins before close and no one is at drive through like what? too busy hitting the yart to put the headset on like what are yall even paying these people for??? what a joke

Stopping in every morning before work is one thing I look forward to daily! The crew here are amazing and I love the manager. She's always got a smile on her face! LOVE IT!
I grabbed an iced coffee this morning from this location and it was simple and straight off their menu, no modifications. I order this drink at my local store back home all the time. This tasted watered down as if you had ordered an iced coffee and let it sit for half an hour. Not great or worth the price. This is the only time I can say I wish I had chosen starbucks over dunkin. 😅

I placed an order last night to pick up today the order was $34.12 it shows that it will not charge your card until the order is done my card was still charged $34.12 anyway woke up this morning to get ready to go get my order there's still nothing completed on there still shows the same thing I tried to call him tell him that there's an error see if they have my order on top of that it turns around and goes and charges my bank account and another $34.12 so now I've been charged $34.12 twice for an order that I never received. I want my money back now. I tried to cancel the order to see if that what it says it gave me $34.12 back but I'm still owed $34.12 so I would like my money put back on my card

This was the worst donuts 😞🍩 shopping experience in my life. The glazed donuts were like they was Day Old donuts that was two days older. never been so upset. To make it so bad online order at 6am in the morning 🌄 when donuts suppose to be at there Best .

The staff at this Dunkin. Manager included especially AM on Friday after a ton of inconsiderate , school personnel couldn't be bothered to call first , but walk in and buy dozens of donuts left them bereft of many items are kind and professional. They are a great team and the place was spotless and ready to serve with smiles and gusto. The mgr is very sweet also and apologized for the wait behind the dozens being ordered at the counter. Call ahead larger orders should be made to be known...great food and good place to get it.
