Extremely polite in 26° weather, they came outside and took my order with only four cars in line. This is the best location I found in Tulsa so far. I don’t think I’ll be returning to any of the other locations. This is my new home. Fourth cars in line and I’m already 2 miles away six minutes later. They made my drink properly the correct way. Very joyful group of girls.

The drinks are always good but the wait time is extremely ridiculous!! And then they have those lanes where you can’t leave if you want which sucks! When I go to the window it doesn’t seem much better. A lot of teens running around looking confused. I love their chocolate milk but the wait time really needs some looking into. Not very convenient at all.

I normally go to dutch bros and this specific location is ridiculous!
I ordered a large rebel Drink with light ice.
Mind you they never told me that if you order a rebel with light ice you don’t get your cup filled up with the drink,So what you are telling me is that we are paying for ice??
So everytime I go there I’m paying for just ice this is ridiculous!! The baristas acts like it’s coming out of their paycheck they need to do better and let customers know before saying light ice.Dutch bros needs to do better!!
I called customer service and they were as bad as the service at dutch bros at this location!So disappointing 👎🏻
I don’t think I should be paying 8 dollars for a drink that is not even full.

I love going to this location! All the staff are so friendly and truly help meet all my needs during a visit. Star has been so sweet in the drive thru window always greeting people with a friendly smile and making small talk while waiting for your drink. Overall I would definitely recommend this store anytime you need Dutch Bros run!!

I have been coming to this specific Dutch Bros for almost 1 yr and the people at this location are amazing. When I get into the line and they come take my order, the employees know exactly what I drink. I don’t even have to tell them anymore. Their customer service is amazing. Most of them are college students and they are amazing!!! THANX GUYS!

Usually it is a 10/10 experience as I go there at least once if not three times a week. There was only 2 other cars in the drive through with me and probably 4 girls inside so short staffed isn't the issue. But the girl that took my order was great but when I got to the window one girl making coffee didn't even say anything to me I sat for probably 5 minutes before she asked what I had then told another girl to get mine and it wasn't even correct. I told her it was supposed to be blended she rolled her eyes and went. The girl that took my order came inside and the other girl making coffee then started arguing with her at the window over a tablet. When I was given my drink back I tasted it and it still wasn't correct but I took it as the attitude I had already gotten. Normally I love this place and would never complain but today was just bad..
