I've had mostly great service. Just one time I wasn't sure what I wanted right away and the broista then asked if she could come back around later. I didn't like that much. I just had to wait longer, it seemed.

They're usually great, but I paid extra today for some changes that they read back to me and then still gave me my order wrong. I should've gone to my usual favorite location, but I couldn't today and now I'm disappointed. I even tipped the max and nope! I won't go back to this one again. This isn't the only time I've had an issue at this location. My favorite location they're 5 stars EVERY time. Please in the future look at the order and...

Love Dutch Bros. Love their service. And obsessed with their drinks. We have them in Dallas but we always stop when we are visiting family in Tulsa even though there are tons of options.
