Expensive but delicious

Meh- First time trying Dutch bros. Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru from ordering to pick up. My shake was liquidy and very crunchy with ice pieces. You also have to ask for whipped cream which I didn’t realize since the shake pictures all had whipped cream. Oh well.

The slowest Dutch experience I have ever been in! It felt like one of those ‘why are you a drive through if you can’t accommodate your customers in a reasonable amount of time’ moments.

Slowest location out of any Dutch bros I’ve ever been to. I haven’t been here in over 6 months (I waited 45 minutes with only 7 cars in front of me). I’m back again because it’s the one closest to my house. This time it was only 5 cars. Order was taken at my car again, and I still waited 30 minutes. It would take me a shorter time to go buy all the ingredients and make it back to my house. I learned my lesson. I don’t have time to wait this long for a coffee. I can go elsewhere. On top of that, my coffee was not even made correctly. I had to throw it away. Was not good. I was really disappointed. I ordered a standard drink, their Kicker. No accommodations or changes. There is no reason why this wasn’t made correctly. Will not return.

I really wanted to like this location, but the night shift staff makes it impossible. Tonight I ordered my usual — a large iced Cocomo with banana, soft top, and oat milk. I get this drink every single day, so I know exactly what it should look and taste like. I watched the guy make it and immediately noticed he skipped a few steps. Sure enough, what I was handed looked nothing like my regular Cocomo — just a sad cup of coffee with oat milk and some soft top floating on top. I tried it anyway, and wow… it was as bitter and flavorless as it looked. No chocolate, no banana, no sweetness, nothing. Even my passenger, who also orders this drink daily, tried a sip and gagged because it was so bad. When I politely said it wasn’t right, instead of fixing it, the employee decided to argue with me. Apparently, according to him, the drink wasn’t brown because of the oat milk, and I couldn’t taste the banana because “you wanted oat milk.” Funny, because I taste it every other time I order it. 🙃 So now I guess we’re the crazy ones for knowing what our own daily drink is supposed to taste like. Long story short: if you want your order made correctly, don’t bother coming here at night.

Jesús Christ… 30 mins for ONE DRINK?! @ 8:46pm. And that’s with me ordering my drink ahead in the drive through because it already took 20 mins for it to MOVE AN INCH. Do better at this location. Or get more people to work at night. Really not that hard to staff your business.
Ps… if you’re actually reading these “owner” say something different other than “send info here” be a real business owner.

The drinks are always great and people are very nice. But for whatever reason, out of all the Dutch Bros I go to in Tulsa and around the country, this is by far the SLOWEST location. Like, it could be one car and you're still going to be waiting at least 10 minutes to get a drink AFTER you pay for it. Sorry for being a Karen but I'm over being irritated 😭
