I came to pick up my order and was handed a very obviously melted frozen coffee that had been sitting out alongside my freshly made second one. Horrible customer service. Make a fresh drink, don't give me someone else's mistake order and charge me 7$ for it after its been sitting out with no sticker for the holes. Yuck.. Won't be back to this location. Would love a refund.

I love I love my Dutch Bros coffee. Please Keep the new flavors coming. I have come to like the Peach Matcha combination, and the Lavender coffee is not so bad. Whether I am in Owasso, Tulsa, or South Tulsa the employees are always helpful and nice. My go to drink will always be the Golden Driller frozen of course. I also do like their popping biba drinks as well. I'm glad Dutch Bros is still going strong, When I visit home soon ( OKC, and Edmond). I will be looking for a DB. 😊

I utterly love the entire crew at this location. I order on the app and when I pull up these people already know my order and name. They are amazing and are so attentive. They all deserve a raise for how on point and kind they are. My of all time favorite spot. I go back as much as possible because of them.

At the window to pick up my mobile order, the associate handed out my two drinks, but she missed the orange cranberry muffin top. When I pointed that out to the associate, she exasperatedly handed me a frozen, wrapped cranberry muffin top... Not impressed.

This is my regular Dutch bros location. I've been to the other.locations in Tulsa, broken arrow and Owasso and this location is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, they move quick and help you decide if you ever need inspiration on what to order. I've always had a good experience at this location!
