Enjoyed the visit.. Friendly staff, good food!

Got the Nox Lox my favorite! The coffee was made so fast, she listened and knew she was going to need one so she started making it right away. Brilliant! Also wish the bagels sandwiches were toasted. I'll ask next time. Thank you very good.

Customer service very blah, unfriendly, not welcoming at all! Ordered a turkey bacon sandwich that came with tomato spread, I asked for cream cheese instead, I had no idea it’s almost $2 more, nor did the girl at the counter say anything.(that girl has little to no understanding of what she is doing)
I get the sandwich, it’s rather small and ice cold. I figured it came toasted, I figured wrong. Who wants a cold stiff bagel, if toasted isn’t standard at least ask me.
One of the girls is vacuuming literally under my table and hit my foot, don’t care about my foot but it’s weird to vacuum next to the customer when they are trying to eat.
For there high price, $15.50 for an orange juice and sandwiche I expected much better

I have had very rude and unpleasant experiences every time I visit this store. They always give me a hard time with my coupons, even when I make a purchase. On April 2, I went there around 9 AM to get a bagel. I ordered a Cinnamon Sugar bagel with strawberry schmear through the drive-thru and expected to pay the $3.00 price for the Bagel and Schmear deal.

When I arrived at the drive-thru, the cashier charged me the regular price, despite the fact that I had already shown her my coupon on my phone before I paid with my card. It seems like she never pays attention to what I say. After that, I went inside to talk to the supervisor, who claims she is the owner of the store. Unfortunately, she ignored my concerns and appeared to stereotype and racially profile me. Frustrated, I asked her for a refund.

These ladies do not understand customer service. I’ll most certainly never be back.

The manager refused to speak with me after packing and sending the wrong order for delivery. Was left on a live phone for 15 minutes listening to kitchen noise. Worst customer service possible when they screwed up.

Bagels are consistently good. Service for walk up, on line, or drive thru is always friendly.

I had not been to this location since it left 71st and yale. I always got pretzal bagels. I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop by and i dod not.see them listed. I asked and they did. I ordered 3 and they did not even taste like the pretzal taste back then. Tasted like a plain bagel. Disappointed

My experience was not good! I went on November 5 with my friend at approximately 11:00 am. I ate an avocado sandwich and since yesterday my friend and I have had severe diarrhea with a lot of stomach pain. My breakfast was there and I didn't eat anything else until 7 in the morning. night and at 3:00pm I had symptoms! My friend tells me the same thing and today, a day later, I'm still the same! Coincidentally, both of us who came there had the same symptoms since we didn't share anything together anymore! Too bad! I hadn't seen her for a while and I invited her to breakfast!! And this happens! Check the ingredients of that sandwich! I almost went to the doctor for an exam

5 people standing around talking , 1 person taking orders. If anyone was paying attention they would have seen me. Not even an acknowledgment that I was there. I doubt they even saw me walk out. Go during the week when they are more aware of you, Sunday you get ignored. Good luck with your experience. It's hit or miss with the service

This is a nationally recognized and respected bagel shop, and for great reason!

I was in town for an event, and I came by for a late breakfast.

I snagged a Garden Avocado egg sandwich and it was fantastic! It was a unique combination of flavor, but it all went together very well!

Their coffee was great also, and their service was prompt and friendly!

I look forward to seeing you guys again when I’m up in T-town!
