Absolutely terrible breakfast sandwiches. They also love substituting ingredients and the bread without asking you. I took a bite of sandwich and threw it in trash. The sandwich in question was the Farmhouse.

The worst cappuccino I ever had. Not hot, runny and week as hell like drinking milk. It is a week latte actually. All milk. I asked if they have a cappuccino they answer yes. I was trying to avoid the latte full of milk. But what I got is an all milk latte. The espresso shots they added in a large late didn't add barely any coffee flavour. Will never have coffee there again. Horrible runny barely warm drink.

Tried to get something to eat and a coffee before my flight. Google hours say they open at 4:30 but when I approached they were extremely rude and snapped at me that they didn't open for another hour.

It’s my third time trying to get breakfast here around 6-7am and they’re always out of so many ingredients that it makes it impossible to order from the menu. Today I had to order something I didn’t even want because half of the ingredients (including eggs/bacon) were unavailable, then AFTER I placed my order they mentioned even more ingredients were no longer available. At that point what I was getting offered was a piece of turkey with avocado… The store manager was also not available to refund my order before my flight began boarding! Although the staff mean well, this location is clearly mismanaged.

There aren’t many notable food options in Tulsa’s Airport, so I ordered lunch at Einstein. Service was efficient and kind. The Spicy Chicken bagel sandwich is very processed but I did taste good dispute it not being spicy at all.

I travel through Tulsa frequently for work and I feel like Einstein is consistently good. Today Amberly went above and beyond with her customer service and making me an iced shaken espresso exactly to my preference. There should be an option to tip the employees on the digital payment methods. I don’t typically carry cash. Get with the times, Einstein!
I asked for a small hot tea not a medium iced tea.
