We’ve been coming here for 30 years. The one on 21st has gone down hill. Ordered a regular margarita and it was terrible. Tasted off and no alcohol tasted. The seat they tried to sit us at was sticky. When I complained about the margarita, the server said “that’s because I didn’t make it”. When we tried to flag down the owner, he just waved to us and helped other people. He eventually came over and told us that we would have to pay more for a margarita (that wasn’t in a machine). The margarita I did order was ok. I don’t care about paying more. I just want a good margarita. The food was ok. The chips were over cooked The service was not that great. I’ve loved coming here for 30 years but I don’t think we will be back and that’s sad.

The Comic Sans of Mexican restaurants. Needs a menu rework terribly. Don’t visit unless you prefer menu items imagined by someone who hasn’t heard about corn tortillas, cilantro, salt, onions, or any cheeses besides shredded colby/cheddar. Hope you like sour cream and iceberg lettuce.

Every thing is good but you gotta have the hot Mexican apple pie with ice cream and the butter rum sauce it's my favorite dessert from any restaurant!!! I stop there sometimes just for that when I'm in town!!!

I ordered takeout and I also tipped 20% on a Togo order let me just say my chicken fajita was as dry as the desert literally looked like turkey meat the onions and green bell peppers were so dry too no flavor at all.. The yellow queso tasted like queso from dollar tree.. this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had… I never make reviews but after spending $36 dollars on a meal I didn’t even eat and queso that was absolutely disgusting I thought I’d warn others to save their money. This location is not what it used to be.

Would not even rate this place a 1 star. This was an awful experience.. ordered Alambres and was told the veggies included were carrots, onions, and bell peppers.& said no carrots. As you can see, they gave me mushrooms, POTATOS, carrots, green beans??? The owner was so rude. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely NOT authentic at all. The queso wasn’t good but I still had hope until food came out. Manager came and yelled at me and my friend who are two young nice girls. As soon as I got my phone out to record because I felt unsafe with a grown man in my face he walked away. Does this look like Mexican food to you??? NO!
