The atmosphere is very nice, with a beautiful water feature in the center of the restaurant and very comfortable seating. The food was excellent, with great flavor and very generous portion sizes. Margaritas were enjoyable and refreshing, with a great balance of taste and alcohol content. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only reason it's not a perfect 5/5 was that we waited at least 15mins after we were done eating to receive our bill, and another server eventually had to run our card and get our check because our server didn't attend to us for quite some time. We would 100% return again.

We have come here twice to eat and have discovered our Mexican restaurant spot.The waiters were excellent both times we came. Very personable and our orders were perfect.The chips were fresh and the salsa has the right amount of heat for me.The first time my son got chicken nuggets (which our waiter asked if he needed to go across the street to a popular fast food chain to get his food..haha) , but this time my son ordered tacos. He really enjoyed them.I got enchiladas verdes. I have gone to several other restaurants where the chicken is super dry, but not here. Very moist and tasty. I liked the verde sauce as well. I thought it was well balanced with the right amount of acidity. My husband didn't like that about it, but hey..it wasn't his food.My husband got a combo with 2 enchiladas and a chimichanga. All ground beef and he enjoyed them as well.The food came out quickly and the service was really good.Honestly...eating fast food is getting pretty expensive. It can be pretty comparable price wise to eat here instead of fast food. The quality is better. You would have to leave a tip though, and trust me..the service I experienced here is well worth a tip.Kid-friendliness: Waiters were very patient with my son's order and ensured it was correct.

First time at casa tequila. The food was good, but my waitress was not. She never, not 1 time offered to refill my drink and I also had a Long Island ice tea and she never asked if I wanted another one and I was going to drink 1 more.She took my plate when I was going to take my food to go. She took my daughter’s plate when I said I was going to take her food to go. We had separate checks and she handed us one check which was fine because she didn’t know. We waited and waited and waited for her to come back so we could get the checks right and she never did until we finally decided that I would pay the others back. Then, I’m assuming when she saw the card in my son in laws hand she came and took it real fast. Never offered to refill any drinks at all. The food wasn’t bad, but won’t go back based on the waitress. Not a good experience at all.
