it has become glaringly evident that this company has just stopped trying to serve a good quality meal. smaller portions higher bill worse quality was a proud customer for 10 years and Ill never go back. in my 10 years in the service industry I haven't seen a company become such a shell of it's self like I have this company do not go here go to any other dozens of burger places

This is literally the 3rd time now I've given FAT Guys a chance after constant mistakes before and tonight I ordered a burger and it was not made right!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce,mayo, cheese, pickles, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms only to get a burger with 3 sad pickles and mayo with a dab of BBQ sauce..... like literally they have a print out paper they read off of. I guess they just make whatever they feel like!! On top of that they never ANSWERED...read full review

They also shared a large fry that was more than enough, with lots of great sauces and ketchup flavors to try. The triple meat peanut butter and bacon burger was delicious, with the combo of the three being perfect. They make food pretty quickly, with orders ready within 10 minutes. A large fry is given in half a large white bag full of fries. House made sauces are so good, with strawberry ketchup and peppercorn aioli recommended.
