This is so sad. I love Fat Guys, but this place needs to be cleaned top to bottom so badly. The food was a disappointment. Please step it up so we don't lose another burger place.

My daughter n law was very dissatisfied. They ordered a grilled chicken Plain and since they were packaging up our order to go as my Son came in to get it and the receipt said Plain on it also he didn't check and when they got here not only was it not Plain but also had bacon and some cheese sauce etc?? Anyways; he went to McDonald's and grabbed her a plain chicken sandwich from them b4 eating his own which was a pizza burger that I too had gotten and those were good but unfortunately his was cold partly because he tried eating hers instead of letting it go to waste and the bacon was burned, the chicken dry etc... so... if you want a burger with stuff on it you're good to go but don't recommend the chicken ones!!!

I honestly wasn’t planning to give this place a shot… but WOW. Fat Guy’s blew my mind. I came in with zero expectations—almost just to try it—and ended up amazed with every bite. I ordered my usual order of a large spicy fries, Spicy Fried Pickle Burger, and the Fat and Juicy Burger. My complaint is they messed up the burger and put mushrooms instead of mustard. The fat and juicy was made correctly but then looking at the fries and there’s was hardly any in the bag. I’ve been coming here for a long time and loved the place but can’t risk this happening again.

We visited for the first time today and really enjoyed the burgers. I had a regular cheeseburger, and my husband had a double cheeseburger. Both were great. We shared a large fry and it was MORE than enough for us. Lots of great sauces and ketchup flavors to try. (Fries are cooked in beef tallow) all local ingredients. Give them a try!!

I ordered a triple meat peanut butter and bacon burger and it was D E L I C I O U S !!! The combo of the 3 was perfect - they also made our food pretty quickly - we got both orders within 10 minutes.
Also ordered a large fry and they give you SO MANY fries! Half a large white bag full of fries, and their house made sauces are so good - I recommend the strawberry ketchup and peppercorn aioli.
