Food is good but service too slow for an airport restaurant. Should go back to counter service or add more staff.

Went to Fat Guys hoping to get a meal before my 4:21 boarding. Got in at 3:10pm. Ordered my burger and drink. About 45 minutes later the server checked on me for the first time. Said they “lost the check” I’m not sure how that can happen when the tables aren’t even 50% full. I missed my meal before my flight. I will never be returning to Fat Guys. The service is not what I expected.

Waited in the dining area for 15 minutes and was not helped. Saw another lost customer leave before I moved the the bar. Once I moved to the bar, the blonde bar tender was fantastic and served me immediately. Food was great. Black N Blue plus grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, mustard and Sriracha ? yummy! What a great burger! Fries were a bit soggy, but I think that is on purpose. I think the dining room is a bit too busy for a single person to wait everyone, please consider adding another member to the dining room wait staff Sunday afternoons. I did come here previously, sat in the dining room and did not have any issue. No shade on the person waiting the dining room, they just don't have enough staff to deal with the number of individual customers during the Sunday afternoon rush.

Brittany is an unwelcoming, terrible server. Really bad attitude. In the age of YouTube, if you hate your job this much, you really have no excuse not to self-educate and improve your situation. All of us have had hourly jobs and been through what you’ve been through. Grow up. Food was fine. Beer was fine.

I do not generally rate food locations within airports. Being that these locations are generally bad. We all know that. Most businesses understand they have a captive clientele in the airport and choose to take advantage and gouge their customers. In my travels this place was the first time I had a refreshing experience. Brittany, our server, was excellent. She was knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. The prices were reasonable although located in the airport. I will definitely make a point of searching this place out when in TUL again if that ever happens.

I just had a less than desirable experience here. There was a new wait person working by herself. She got busy because of a cancelled flight. I was very patient when she took other people's order even though they came in after me. After ordering, she brought out a plate that was nothing close to what I had ordered. By this time, a more veteran staff member showed up and started helping out. I was assured by her that my order was being remade. After 15-20 minutes, the original staff member came by. I asked her about the order. After waiting over 30 minutes for them to remake an order, I gave up and left. I tried to be understanding with the staff, but really felt the situation should have handled better.

I was on a cruise ship and the food was free , so no parking lol , but my daughter had it several times and she absolutely loves it and it looked amazing the line was always busy .

If in a hurry can only get fries (they were decent) and a drink. 30 minutes for a burger when not busy. Low Staff issues, so no bartender - no adult drinks. Prepare accordingly. I’m sure when properly staffed it’s a good place. Not many options on B side anyway!

Good burgers and friendly service from Brittany. Spicy fries are just seasoned but way too much. Would recommend the plain ones but other then that good stuff.
Honestly I really enjoyed the engaging staff and atmosphere... BUT when I received my children's cheese burger (plain and dry ofc) things took a turn for the worse . In the moment I was blinded by the good things I listed above. It wasn't until I was halfway through my children's cheese burger (plain and dry ofc) when IT hit me. A immeasurable sickness struck my body... i'll spare you the details but it's safe to say I'll never be going back to this establishment. Fries were good tho

I never got my food. I love a Fat Guys burger, sadly I never got to taste this one. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to get up and catch my plane. The man at the table beside me had the same experience. This place needs a manager terribly.

Glad i found this spot. Great if looking for Low Carb or Keto. You can get burgers “Salad Style”. Great bunless option. Free toppings included. Full bar! Service was great also. Brittany behind the bar was excellent.

Really good burger. Got the spicy fried pickle burger with grilled onions, mushroom and lettuce and tomato. Regular fries with garlic aioli and strawberry ketchup. Very happy. Nice young man at the counter, relatively clean bathrooms and tables, fast service.
