Fries horribly over done portion size has became a flat out joke and whoever that person was cooking my burger shouldn't be working at a grill... I'm so sad this place has became so just bad I'll never be back 10 years in the industry and I haven't really seen such a huge fall off in quality.

The burgers were just thrown together, the patties were grey, like they never saw a grill. . The meat tasted like those frozen patties you get from Walmart. They were cold. Will not return. Cashier was nice.

First time at this location and I have to say I didn’t like the hamburger or fries. The hamburger seemed like low quality meat. Just wasn’t good or hot when served. The fries were too greasy for me. We went at lunchtime and there wasn’t anyone else there. To me that’s a sign they may not be that great. Should have listened to myself. We won’t be going back.

The girl who helped me place my order was wonderful, but the hovering man also working the front kinda weirded me out when he finished assisting another customer and then proceeded to stand behind her as she placed my order and later made sure to bring it to me. My food was also fairly bland, which is disappointing, because I loved the Downtown location.
it has become glaringly evident that this company has just stopped trying to serve a good quality meal. smaller portions higher bill worse quality was a proud customer for 10 years and Ill never go back. in my 10 years in the service industry I haven't seen a company become such a shell of it's self like I have this company do not go here go to any other dozens of burger places

I don't have anything to complain about with the service. But it's the food. Twice I have been here now and the food is just not what it is that other locations. I don't know if their cooks are bad, or they just don't know how to cook.... But if y'all make the experience lackluster two times in a row, it means that you need to hire new workers. the front desk guy was nice but the food was bullshit. overcooked burger, soggy greasy disgusting mess of a Monte Cristo. I paid $50 for inedible food and I really want my money back. I will not be eating at anymore of your locations and I will make sure no one else does as well until things are made right.

We usually love fat guys. It's typically our favorite guilty pleasure burger place. They're burgers are usually super juicy and fresh and flavors are just delicious. I usually get the spicy fried pickle burger but I really wanted to try and put my own together this time. I chose the fat and juicy burger, the one stuffed with cheese, then added bacon, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms with a little Mayo and their awesome garlic aoli. You have to pay extra for all the add-ons so you expect to at least see a good bit on there but besides the bacon and sauce I barely got any onions or mushroom. The burger was unfortunately over done so the meat didn't taste the best and was pretty gray. I wound up having to just eat it with a knife and fork. That might just be the case with the stuffed burger but still disappointing. Of course the fries are always great but we asked for garlic aoli for a dipping sauce and they gave us honey mustard instead. We really want to still love this place but it seems like every time we come back in (usually months in between) they keep getting slightly worse and more careless.

I saw people saying this place was good online, and for a burger place it was solid. Unique food and got decent bang for my buck. Only real complaint was the burger was overall pretty under seasoned, but it could've been just overwhelmed from the cheese and butter. Easily would come back again and try something else though

They failed hard today. Not impressed at all about the crap burger I got today. They seriously need to chill on the amount of salt and pepper they put on their fries. And to be one of the most expensive burger joints 1 meal will run you $20. They need to improve.

I've been here multiple times and every time has been underwhelming. If this had been the first location I ever ate at, I would have never bothered to come back or try any of them again at all
I actually love Fat Guy Burgers, but this location just doesn't live up to the standard the other locations have set. The 81st and Memorial location is the absolute best in all aspects, but most especially quality. Broken Arrow is hit or miss, but more on target than not. This location though...food was too dry for my taste, seems like they're using different bread, and the fries were underseasoned
