Called in an order for two pizza burgers, a chicken sandwich plain and dry, and another sandwich. Food was ready when we got there, but when we brought it home the chicken sandwich was not plain. It was covered in sauce and cheese and veggies which may sound good, but makes me sick. Could not eat my sandwich at all had to go McDonald's just to get something to eat. Can't even answer the phone to save their lives called over 3 times and no answer.

Fries horribly over done portion size has became a flat out joke and whoever that person was cooking my burger shouldn't be working at a grill... I'm so sad this place has became so just bad I'll never be back 10 years in the industry and I haven't really seen such a huge fall off in quality.

The burgers were just thrown together, the patties were grey, like they never saw a grill. . The meat tasted like those frozen patties you get from Walmart. They were cold. Will not return. Cashier was nice.

First time at this location and I have to say I didn’t like the hamburger or fries. The hamburger seemed like low quality meat. Just wasn’t good or hot when served. The fries were too greasy for me. We went at lunchtime and there wasn’t anyone else there. To me that’s a sign they may not be that great. Should have listened to myself. We won’t be going back.
The girl who helped me place my order was wonderful, but the hovering man also working the front kinda weirded me out when he finished assisting another customer and then proceeded to stand behind her as she placed my order and later made sure to bring it to me. My food was also fairly bland, which is disappointing, because I loved the Downtown location.
it has become glaringly evident that this company has just stopped trying to serve a good quality meal. smaller portions higher bill worse quality was a proud customer for 10 years and Ill never go back. in my 10 years in the service industry I haven't seen a company become such a shell of it's self like I have this company do not go here go to any other dozens of burger places

I don't have anything to complain about with the service. But it's the food. Twice I have been here now and the food is just not what it is that other locations. I don't know if their cooks are bad, or they just don't know how to cook.... But if y'all make the experience lackluster two times in a row, it means that you need to hire new workers. I don't think I want to come back here
