Came in to get the Thanksgiving sub and the manager looked me dead in the face and said we don’t do those anymore. Call the Firehouse sub down the road and they told me they do have them. What a joke of a manager.

Everytime I go here they get my order wrong. I spent $26 dollars on two sandwiches that were wrong once again. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Food phenomenal, atmosphere fantastic, but service... depends on who you get, and it looks like few you would even like to get. It seemed to be a decent crew with two people managing them. The male who seemed to be a manager (Konner) greated me and initially helped me was running around doing everything and the one keeping every employee motivated and going, but the female just seemed to scare the employees by complaining about being there, about the employees, and even about customers (myself included) coming in to keep her business going. She seemed to be causing all the other employees to just seem defeated. I only say she had to be the manager because no one else could get away with being so nasty and negative and not get told to stop. It made me second guess ever coming back, so I cant be the only one that would feel the same especially since it wasnt my first visit, not the first time seeing a similar scene by her. I really dont see her being a good fit in front of customers at all! Keep up the great work though Konner, you make a heck of a sub, he'll about the only reason I dont switch to a different location.

This location is usually pretty good. However, today was awful. I put in my online order at 11:50 with a scheduled 12:10 pickup. After waiting 25 minutes (12:35)I tried to cancel my order online but was instead directed to the counter. Everyone behind the counter seemed stressed and overwhelmed. I counted 5 employees. There were numerous other customers waiting on delayed orders. I explained that if they hadn’t started my order yet they could just cancel because my lunch break was close to being over. One of the employees said they just started the order so I decided to wait. While waiting, I counted at least 4 flies resting on top of the food prep counter. I got my order at 12:38 and headed back to work (3 min drive). The Philly cheesesteak was cold and there was tomato sauce all over the bottom of the sandwich. No ice for my drink either. I’m not sure what happened today. Hopefully they work out whatever was causing the poor service.
