Firehouse Subs Woodland Hills

We had a philly cheesesteak sub w/ mushrooms that came without meat. The store staff was apologetic but the acting manager (the general manager's daughter, we came to learn) was very combative and told us to leave the store before she called the police as I was taking a picture of the sub (attached). This was the only sub we thought warranted a refund, but the rest were subpar as well. (The New York steamer in our order had very little meat and only one kind, for example).

Again, accidents happen we understand that. But having to FaceTime the general manager to explain why the sub was messed up and listening to the general manager berate the staff was unprofessional to say the least. To have the police contacted for taking a picture is beyond the pale and a waste of law enforcement resources. I'm sure there is footage showing us standing there with our jaws on the floor when she picked up the phone and appeared to Dial 911.

Needless to say, this franchise will not be patronized by our family again.

I had placed an order online and had it delivered through Uber Eats for a meeting. I ordered for several people and several things were left out of the order. I called the store and spoke with the manager. She apologized and ended up delivering the rest of the order that was forgotten. I appreciate her making it right and doing what needed to be done to rectify the situation. I love Firehouse Subs and always go to this location. Thank you and it was appreciated!

Just had my first Firehouse Sub (the Italian). They are my new favorite sub shop. Absolutely delicious and unique! I love that they support our firemen and women. Excellent job! Erin

I went to lunch today and wanted food but got a fantastic experience instead. The food, the staff (Andrew and Lacy) were spectacular and the sandwich was perfect I could not have made it that good myself. It's hard to impress me and I highly recommend coming here for sure. Try the spicy pickle lol 😂

First time going to Firehouse Subs. I had the Firehouse Subs Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. My friend that has had that sandwich back in Texas sore it was the best. What a disappointment. It was a medium, and it was overpriced for the size and quality.
