Everyone was so chill here. I was a bit difficult to deal with (imo), because I was trying to figure out which deal I had was better.. They were so awesome and helped me out like crazy. The manager and his daughter so much respect for how they helped and handled helping me. The sandwiches were friggin nuts! So dang good!!!! Had a really great experience with everyone here and my food was on point!

I placed an order at 7:30 for an 8:05 pick up. At 8:15 it was still not ready. No customers, 4 kids working… this service sucked. It should not take 45 + min to make a sandwich.

The best Firehouse Subs in Tulsa! Hubby gets Hook & Ladder. I get Build your own, as I only get ham & lettuce on mine.
The ham is so sweet. Bread so fresh you'd think it just came out if the oven. Fresh ingredients as well, like crisp lettuce, fresh onions, vine ripe tomatoes. Even their sodas have the perfect mixture of syrup and carbonation!
Service can't be beat. Always friendly and helpful. Best subs in town!

We ordered $51 worth of food and the cashier would not take my $100 because another line worker said she needed her drawer full for the night.The cashier said she could break it and be fine. It was 12:15pm. Unacceptable and bad business! The customer service was horrible. Everyone had mean looks on their faces like they hated their jobs. We were going to dine-in but after receiving this service and watching how they treated each other, we decided to leave. Firehouse, do better! Get some employees that know how to treat and talk to customers. At this point, I would rather go to subway.

Let me shout out some AMAZING employees Bella,Ryan and Teia. All of whom took care of my large order with accuracy and efficiency. I ordered 6 large sandwiches with some sweets and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Awesome work. Glad I came to this store!

Went to firehouse sub ordered a firehouse club it comes with bacon NO BACONand no dressing for sandwich I call them asked for a manager told him the problem all he could say was sorry so I paid for something I did not get my order number 10059 you need to make this right you could have ubered me a sandwich and picked this up such bad customer service

The whole crew was exceptionally nice and they all have great customer service! (especially Amber and Alexis!). Amber seems to be a very hard worker and is super friendly as well as Alexis. The store is very clean and everyone was in good spirits. One of the best firehouse subs i've ever been to, 11/10 will be back!
