I visited today with family and we had an issue with our meal the staff was quick to address it and got us a replacement and continued to check in with us. We will definitely be back! They need a raise for this kind of care for customers! Thank you

Well we went in it was clean but the dude was dead focused on my girl the whole time barley listened to my order the only thing they got right was no onions still put mustard and mayo on my food after three times telling them not too I felt absolutely disrespected won’t be going there agian

Had an italian sandwich where the ham was thicker than thanksgiving ham. It should be thinner and delicious style. Also the sandwich wasn’t remotely crisp. It was just kinda sad and soggy.

The restaurant space its self was also pretty sad. No soap in the bathroom, hand sanitizers not working, and the hot sauce bar was super sticky.

The people there were just fine but, the sandwich was so poor I ended up not finishing it, and going to get something else.

Firehouse used to be so good now, It will be hard to get me to go back there.

The man taking my order was very rude and looked like he didn’t want to be here. I understand being tired but taking it out on customers is not professional. The man was very irritated and didn’t want to listen.

My son ordered one of their subs & I ordered a Firehouse salad that should have come with ham & chicken (I requested no turkey). It was to go and we went to.several stores on the way home. I get home & go to eat salad..There is no meat & very little cheese!!!!!!

My pastrami looks different. Looks almost like roast beef. Tastes a little different than I remember pastrami tasting, but still a overall good sandwich.

I saw a Firehouse subs recently and was taken back to the time I was insulted by the general manager for being a teacher and asking about the deals for teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week as described online, which the manager admitted to not even reading the email about.

He insulted the education system even more, said that certain things were free, gave them to us, and then called us back to the counter to pay for things they gave us.

Needless to say, I did not feel appreciated.

I still don't want to go to any Firehouse Subs again.

Ordered catering for a large party and they went above and beyond. Sandwiches were delicious and neatly packaged. We had several guests with food allergies/dietary requirements, and they were able to accommodate them with no issues. The store manager was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them!
