This was our first visit to First Watch and we were sadly disappointed. First, the waitress was disrespectful telling us we should have been seated by the hostess; however there was a long line of people waiting to pay, so as it was our first visit; we didn’t know there was a hostess. Secondly, I specifically pointed out that I didn’t want bacon on my sandwich which she acknowledged. We had more than a fifteen minute wait for our food only to note it had bacon. The waitress (a different server) politely told me no problem they’d make a new sandwich. When it was delivered it was under toasted on one side of the bread and burnt on the inside. My husband finished his drink and no refill was ever offered. In fact we never saw the original waitress again until I flagged her for the check. No one ever asked us how our food or experience were, and the manager was the one who took our money. I gave the restaurant a two only because of the second server being polite otherwise a one is more than they deserved.

Wonderful location and so many options. My 4 star review is based on the temperature of the food by the time I receive it… the restaurant is comfortably cool and the kitchen is just far enough away that by the time I get my food, the eggs have cooled down… I’m quite the princess about my eggs
