Bad customer service. I called to check what was the muffin of the day and they told me it was orange cranberry so I added one onto my order just for it to turn out they gave me chocolate chip muffin. I called back to if they gave me a wrong muffin or if they ran out of the orange cranberries & they told me they ran out of it so I said “dang, you guys should’ve told me ya ran out since I called up to check” and the person that was on the phone just hung up on me. Not to mention, I ordered the AM superfood bowl & they didn’t even give me at least half a cup of the chia pudding (like how they used to back then on take out orders), it was literally 1/3, I told them about it & they charged me to add another scoop.

Great service, the food was ok. Normally it's awesome (we live by another one) potatoes were undercooked. No ice in water. Maybe just a different location different ways.

I ate at First Watch for the first time today and let me tell you WOOOOOOOOO!!! I absolutely love when I eat at a restaurant and the food taste CLEAN! As in no grease, no heaviness. I leave happy and that good full that allows me to still stay awake ? I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich and I fell IN LOVE! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here. Friendly and fast service! Y’all have a new regular! ????

I was on a date this morning, and order tacos the tacos was very dry and my partner pancake. The waiter was gone for 20 minutes the food was cold by the time we got our accents to our plates. For a first impression this a terrible one on top of that the waiter called me a female

Everything was great up until paying. We weren’t warned that the credit card system went down. Luckily we had some cash but what would have happened if we didn’t have cash!!? But the cash we had was saved for something else. Not professional.

The Avocado toast was great! I shared my million dollar bacon with Shola. He couldn’t finish his salmon omelette and especially the pancakes that he wanted to try which was the banana granola and regular. I tried his banana pancake it was delicious it taste like banana pudding! The juice was good. I just can’t remember the name of it. Sunrise? We didn’t have to wait too long cause I made reservations online. This was his 1st time eating at First Watch. The waitress had a lot of energy! I can’t remember her name but she was wearing those eyelashes! ?

Love the menu. So many great and interesting choices. Food's delicious and wait staff are really on their toes, very friendly and helpful
First time coming here and I was pleased! Had to wait a bit because we had a large group, but they accommodated us by placing us in our own room which was a very nice touch. Restaurant was clean, and staff was very friendly. Coffee was put out on table, and many of our group took it without realizing that it was not complementary. Not a huge deal, but would’ve been nice to know we were paying for it and it wasn’t free. The service was extremely fast and the food was delicious, though a bit pricey, but worth it I’d say. Customer service was great. This is a great place to come for some quality breakfast food and a great staff!

Love this place. I had an issue there and wasn't sure if be back but the manager made it right right away. Now we go all the time. I appreciate how wonderful she was. The wait staff is also amazing and they all will come by to say hello to my niece. This is very special to us both!

I had always thought this was a more mature older customer based place to go but went by recommendation of friend. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I finally went! Nice open layout, clean appearance, friendly staff that is great at answering questions about the amazing options on the menu, and price seemed about right as well. I would recommend checking this place out for sure if you are looking for healthier food options.
