Walked out of Starbucks and saw a company advertising they have five guys and got pretty excited. Walked in and immediately saw gallons of oil just sitting out. My kinda place. Now imagine my surprise when everyone got upset when I started undressing. Apparently its just a name.......fries are good though.

Very disappointed in 5 guys been waiting a month for a simple refund. I ordered food online not knowing the store was closed until I got there. I’ve gone up there 3 times and made several phone calls and nothing has been done.

Not sure why but this 5 Guys is way more expensive than any other 5 Guys I’ve been too. Won’t go here anymore.

Fountain drink machines were both messed up, none of the drinks tasted normal. I told the staff and they all just stared at me blankly and did absolutely nothing. They continued to sell people fountain drinks after us and not tell them. Horrible staff

The place is very clean, hamburgers are a little expensive for the size,I love how they will separate your sides on a to go burger, because I don't like my burger soggy by the time I get where I'm going. Very friendly employees.

I've been to this Five Guys location a few times now. Always for dinner on a weekday. The location has never been busy when I've been in. Therefore, no line and minimal wait.
Given different work staff - the burgers have been always good, but my last visit they were great. We ordered cheeseburgers (1 bacon, 1 just cheese) and a large fry to share and got enough fries to feed 4 people! The burgers are always cooked well here. I saw a review saying the bacon was not good....I have found sometimes the burger fixins here are only OK. Never bad, but other times they are excellent. I figure that's due to the vagaries of a chain restaurant.
This place has been clean every time I have visited. Most recently, it was very clean. This is a well-run location (Fall, 2024) serving up great burgers and fries. For Tulsa burger fans, my recent (Fall, 2024) experiences leave me to say that (for me) Five Guys is preferred over Fat Guys. And I'm a Fat Guys fan. 4 stars because the food is always 4 or 5 stars and it can get a bit steep on price for 'just burgers and fries'.

I’m always a little concerned when a restaurant isn’t busy on a weekend afternoon. Our oldest Son wanted us to try the burgers because he & a friend had eaten there a few weeks ago. It was a very nice visit. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean. The food was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4stars was because it seems expensive for 3 people. The drinks were about $3each+$8 for large fries+ 2 smaller burgers $8 each + about $12 for double meat cheeseburger = $52. I assume the reason that it wasn’t busy was maybe because it’s a little pricey for burgers.

We did an experiment and they failed epicly. First, when we went it was $25 for two “Little Cheeseburgers” and a small fry. The bread they used was essentially cheap walmart buns and the lettuce they used was the cheap 99 cent iceberg lettuce that you can get at the grocery store. No leafy greens. And the meat was dry and has no seasoning.

So. The experiment. We left there and went straight to Carls’s Junior and got a $2.59 cheeseburger. Five Guy’s was no better than Carl’s Junior’s burger. Carl’s Jr had better meat and slightly better bread. So just go to Carl’s Jr and get the same burger for a quarter of the price. You’re welcome.

Decent burger, they throw tons of extra fries in your bag. I guess that's to try and make up for a $30 burger and fries. Burger is far from that good, greasy mess to be honest. Go to five guys if you want overpriced food and with no service. I was very disappointed and there's no way I'll return to any five guys ever again.
