This was the worst experience ever. Five Guys is known for being pricey but premium this was extremely pricey as normal but horrible experience Five Guys advertises having well done burgers which is the reason I like them but the burgers we were served are medium rare they were so red! The lady who took our orders was unhelpful and was screaming at us to order and was talking in a loud tone somehow she didn’t mess up our order but she made sure to be very rude they gave us extra fries as all five guys is instructed too but that’s just a trick to make you feel better about getting overpriced food I’m never coming back to give guys because of them I recommend staying away

I thought i would try this place again, well i was wrong to. They asked if i wanted cheese, i said no. I also said to add a extra patty and they didnt do that, i paid a extra 4 bucks for a patty that they didnt even add on. 27 bucks for a order made wrong, its my fault for thinking they would make it right a third time.

Good people. Good food but not worth $35.00 for two people for hot dogs . It was cheaper than going to the fair or going to the movies. We ate outside because it's freezing inside. They keep it cold so you order more food.
I only visit five guys once every two years. I don't want to be in the way of the big spenders.

I just stopped in to pick up a delivery for doordash. There was a little bit of the wait. The first thing they did was offer me a cold drink. We're waiting for the order I have time to look around and it was so incredibly clean... I see a lot of fast food lobbies... And I just found the service and the atmosphere to be impressive. I haven't tried the food yet but I absolutely will. I can tell you it smells divine! 😋
Went there and ordered $42 bucks worth of food and didn't get any extra fries and asked for no salt on them, they were salty. Unimpressed with the burger because it only consisted of mushrooms when I asked for it all the way. They messed up someone else's order too, it just seems like they don't care.
