SLOW.. Slow to be seated, slow to take orders, slow to receive drinks, slow to receive dinner. We ordered a family 8 piece with 2 sides..$62$$$$ Asked us for specific pieces, wanted all dark 4legs 4thighs.. took 40mins to get served, bar drinks came out with dinner when they ordered 1st thing.. Chicken came out 2 breast, 3 wings, 1 thigh, 1 leg... We had a concert to get to and we're just ready to get out of there. Chicken was good, but I have to say I would not waste my time or money on there again.

Had reservation, still waited 20 minutes to be seated! Got seated, waited another 15 minutes before putting in drink order...waited another 10 minutes, no drinks...ended up walking out. I will say, my wife contacted manager and said they were short staffed and did offer to make it right. Will give it another try. The foodie, 918 agent was in the house same time...interested to see his review.

Nice gem in downtown Tulsa. Both the food and drinks were good. The oxtail, greens, and mac n cheese stood out in my meal. We had the fried deviled eggs and artichoke dip as well. The service and conversation with our server Kiara were great. Soft R&B was playing in the background and set the vibe just right. The place was clean and well lit. Can't wait to try something new next time

The lady had a chicken sandwich and fries. She said it was exceptional. I had the two piece white chicken dinner. I had the red beans and collard greens. Chicken was cooked very well. Seasoning and breading were excellent. Rice in the beans were cooked perfect and beans were very tasty. They are not my preferred style but they perfected what they have so if you prefer this type, you’ll love them. The greens were exceptional. Probably my favorite item I had. The biscuit was well executed and they had a sweet butter that came with it. It paired well. The koolaid was a bit sweet for me however I think if I’d had gotten it with an alcohol it would have been perfect. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. It does appear the owner may have some political propaganda and that could turn off some conservative diners. Highly recommend

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is SUPERB. The fried chicken, collard greens/cornbread and Mac n cheese should be placed in a museum they’re so damn good. Service, hospitality and freshness were ON POINT!!

The chicken and waffles are delightful!! I think they should give a choice between the grape jelly butter and the cayenne butter. Either would be delightful. The Black Wall Street Old Fashioned is delish!! Destiny was our server and she was lovely. Highly recommend this place!

But the most important thing: The cocktails SOUND great, but are actually awful. If you go here, there are some very solid menu options, but do NOT order the cocktails.
