My first visit to Flo's last weekend. It was bad. I waited 30 minutes for a burger (I can make one in 10 at home). Not sure why it took that long when the restaurant wasn't even full. I mean slap some meat on the grill. Burgers were coming out of the kitchen one at a time. Even for groups that ordered together. I think they were cooking them one at a time. When it finally did come out it wasn't fresh off the grill after 30 min. It had been sitting somewhere getting cold. There were no fountain drinks available as they were all out. There were no condiments. No sugar (since there are no drinks) for tea. And the entire restaurant is dirty. Noticeably dirty. No one did anything to maintain the eating space. Tables were dirty and not being cleaned. It was really nasty. I think the burger could have been good if it wasn't cold. I haven't worked in fast food for 35 years, but I'm certain I could do better than this management group. They clearly don't know how to run a restaurant. I won't be back.

Finally ventured in to Flo's Burgers on 11th for lunch. Arrived just after 1, so not at all crowded. First, the place is a dive burger joint, no doubt about it. There's a fine line between a dive joint and a dump, and honestly, Flo's flirts with that like in both locations. That said, I'll eat in some pretty sketchy places, so that didn't deter me. Place my order at the counter, and went to get my drink... good thing I like tea, because all the soda options were off the table except for Mountain Dew and Lemonade. Which was fine, because I usually drink water when eating out. After a moderate wait, not too long for sure, I heard my name called and went to get my order. Holy hamburger, Batman, they dish up a lot of food. For this trip I went with a double bacon cheeseburger and haystack onion rings. Both were well above par, compared to other burger joints in town. The burger patties were decently thick (both of them) and full of beefy flavor. One hallmark of a great burger joint, in my opinion, is the amout of grease you have to wipe off the bun before you chow down, and Flo's hit that mark. The onion rings/sticks/strands were outstanding. I probably ate most of them before I made any serious headway on the burger. Overall, a well executed burger offering for a reasonable price. Nothing to complain about at all.

The people here are absolutely wonderful. And the food is beyond phenomenal. I am 65 so going back to a place where I could get food like I could 40 or 50 years ago was pretty nice. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I can’t wait to go back

First time visiting Flo’s and was not impressed. They were out of chicken, chili and only had 3 sodas to choose from on their fountain machine. Booths are ran down and dirty, limited seating and not comfortable. The staff was very friendly however which was really the only positive thing about the place. My husband and I got the cheese burger was a little over cooked as well as my son’s hotdog. My fires had a mix of well done and not even cooked. Definitely the first and last time we eat here.

My mom is 88 & my aunt 75 & I am battling cancer & on hospice now so once a week we try to find the best Hamburger in Tulsa & we love to support small businesses this is our 5th week of our Hamburgers challenge & we rated our Hamburgers a 10 out 10 they are amazing, & my mom is super picky & loves when her hamburger bun is still nice & warm when I get them home & she absolutely gave a 15 out of 10 on our burgers! So we highly recommend having the Hamburgers here! Next we want to try the chicken fried steak!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking for handicap right at front door& it’s easy to get in & out in wheelchair

Super disappointed in what is usually a stellar experience. The chicken fried steak was burnt to a crisp and had to be thrown out as well as the fries. Burgers were delicious of course but I would like a refund or voucher to the cfs again. This can’t be right.
