We had great service from a lovely young lady for some breakfast dinner as a family last night. We had all the usual breakfast favs, and all 4 of us cleared our plates without a single complaint.

This location is absolutely horrible, we sat at our table and were ignored while others came in and we're acknowledged. The food was underwhelming, and our salads were given to another table( which added to the time to make another one)when we went to check out cashier was on the phone talking to God knows who, and a guy who I think is prolly a manager(in a sling) is talking to a guy and we're just standing there watching all this go down. I spoke up and asked if someone could please check us out, as I had an appointment that I needed to get to. AVOID THIS LOCATION...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This place is a great family restaurant and I must also say from the vew,point of a service dog gracie loves the people there as well and the manager is named Mike very honest and great with customers I'll tell you this if you have a service animal that is well behaved and has there vest on there treated with respect my service pup eats in her dog stroller so please keep the rules tight it's a wonderful day 😀 When you go tell Mike gracie sent you you will not regret the place at all the following is gracie meeting mike

Sabrina was my waitress & she was excellent. The food was great the service was top notch & the price was very reasonable. We had a very nice meal. Would strongly recommend midtown Freeway Cafe.

Went to lunch here and it was fantastic. Super friendly staff , clean, food was incredible. Not frozen and reheated like so many large chain restaurants these days. And a great value. Will definitely be coming back

We were served moldy biscuits. They did comp our meals by 50% but still how long does there food sit at the 31st and Yale location. I will go back to the original freeway on Sheridan
