The staff, food, and overall atmosphere was phenomenal. Blake was absolutely fabulous and extremely knowledgeable about the cuisine!
First time here and it did not disappoint! We were greeted nicely and sat promptly right at our reservation time. My wife and I both had the French 75 which was good, shared the fried shrimp appetizer which is off menu and very tasty. For our main course we both had the mixed grill, it was quite good and a good choice to try a few items. The recommendation for wine pairing was delightful and the dessert was absolutely delicious. If you go here you have to get the bread pudding. Our ticket was over $300 after tip but it was worth it, the waiter was very friendly and we would definitely go back again!
We celebrated Father's Day and The French Hen did not disappoint. Every dish ordered was a big hit. I doubt they have a bad dish here. We ordered the Duck Pate and Mushroom Tart for apps. We ordered the pasta, ribeye, duck, and salmon for entree's. And crème brûlée, cheesecake, and bread pudding for dessert. Nicole as our waitress and was wondering. Thank you for making our experience pleasurable!
One of my favorite places in Tulsa! Quality food and service. Beautiful location!
Bryant gave impeccable service and the drinks and food were great! My only suggestion would be a touch more lemon in the hollandaise.
The best all around experience. Our server, Nicole, was amazing. The food was beyond expectations, delicious and beautifully plated. We will be back when we are in Tulsa!
Food was fantastic. Will be back soon. We went on a weekday so it wasn't terribly busy but the restaurant was quiet and a great atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food and the service were very good.
Our experience at The French Hen was our the top. There wasn't a single aspect of our evening that was not great. Atmosphere, hostess, server (Diego), the drinks, and the food was off the chart. The Scallops and Shrimp Pasta was fabulous. The pasta alone was outstanding. Thanks for the great evening.
We had excellent service and the ambience is very nice , very bright and clean. But our food was really bad. My wife and I had the vegetable quiche. It was very bland and ice cold upon delivery. Our daughter had a soufflé that came out very bland as well and quite overcooked. Crunchy on the outside and dry on the inside. Our Caesar salads were quite tasty, though.

The ribeye was awful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The food was superb- sea bass, osso buco, and Dijon chicken. We started with crab cakes, fried calamari, and foie gras. Dessert was chocolate bread pudding and espresso chocolate mousse. Service was great. Ambiance is very French. We will Definitely be back.
So good! We will go again and try other things on the menu. The duck was excellent and made to perfection! The chicken dijon was so scrumptious as well. I also recommend the escargot
Great location. Amazing variety of food and drinks. Thr customer service is scary immaculate. Can't recommend enough.
We recently dined at The French Hen in Tulsa with a party of seven, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Nestled in a warm, elegant setting, the restaurant delivered both refined French cuisine and attentive service that made for a memorable evening. Several members of our group ordered steaks, which were perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and generously portioned — definitely a standout dish. The osso bucco was rich and tender, falling off the bone with deep, comforting flavors. We also started with the escargot, which came in a delightful garlic-butter sauce, tucked inside flaky puff pastry shells that were as tasty as they were charming. It was a definite table favorite. Service was consistently good — professional, courteous, and well-paced throughout the evening, even with a larger group. Drinks were kept full, and the staff made great wine pairing suggestions that elevated the meal even further. Overall, The French Hen delivered a classic yet elevated French dining experience in Tulsa. Whether you're a fan of fine cuts of meat or looking to indulge in rich, traditional French dishes, it's well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.
