First time here and it did not disappoint! We were greeted nicely and sat promptly right at our reservation time. My wife and I both had the French 75 which was good, shared the fried shrimp appetizer which is off menu and very tasty. For our main course we both had the mixed grill, it was quite good and a good choice to try a few items. The recommendation for wine pairing was delightful and the dessert was absolutely delicious. If you go here you have to get the bread pudding....
We celebrated Father's Day and The French Hen did not disappoint. Every dish ordered was a big hit. I doubt they have a bad dish here. We ordered the Duck Pate and Mushroom Tart for apps. We ordered the pasta, ribeye, duck, and salmon for entree's. And crème brûlée, cheesecake, and bread pudding for dessert. Nicole as our waitress and was wondering. Thank you for making our experience pleasurable!
Our experience at The French Hen was our the top. There wasn't a single aspect of our evening that was not great. Atmosphere, hostess, server (Diego), the drinks, and the food was off the chart. The Scallops and Shrimp Pasta was fabulous. The pasta alone was outstanding. Thanks for the great evening.
