I got a Power Bowl & added goji berries & coconut flakes to mine. I feel like it provided the perfect crunch & flavor profile I wanted plus the extra energy boost I needed! The customer service is great & the fruit is fresh! Amazing! I will definietly come back & they have a variety of other items on the menu as well.

Nice little restaurant in Bok William’s tower building. We had hamburgers

Love this place, the staff, and the food. I visit multiple times a week and encourage visitors to the building to swing by and try them out. Bre and Cricket make it easy to want to stop by and pick up a bowl, a smoothie, a salad, or any of the other items they offer.

I love coming to froot bowls because the bowls are fantastic but the girl with the dark brown hair (Bree) always has a nasty attitude. Every time I have to deal with her it's never a pleasant experience. The girl with the blonde hair (I'm not sure of her name) is always a sweetheart, always makes sure that my order is correct and just always has a smile. I probably won't be back to froot bowls anytime soon.

I keep trying to come back! Every time I come Bree is VERY rude. Not sure if she likes her job or what. Everyone I work with state the same thing. She shouldn't be on the front line of customer service.

I eat here from time to time because it’s in the food court. Today I was charged 1.40 for 2 salsa that they admitted only costed 65 cents. Nothing displayed saying they will charge extra for using your card and an arbitrary amount was chosen. I wanted the salsa so I bought it because I don’t carry cash. But it definitely didn’t make me feel like a valued customer. Not the price that bothered me just the principal.

Absolutely love this place. They have a great variety of healthy food with many vegetarian options.

Use to go here daily but the bowls, as pricey as they are, have become noticeably smaller with the ingredients. After a few tries I have given up and won't be back, I am not paying these prices for less ingredients.

GREAT SOUPS - options change daily! Creamy Jalapeno was yummy and today -- Chicken Tortilla! They have smoothies, bowls, wraps, sandwiches... all good but my favorite lunch -- a bowl of soup! No matter how busy they are they are always friendly and ready to serve!!!

Always enjoy my breakfast from Froot Bowls whether it's my Acai Bowl, Breakfast Burrito (which by the way is under $5), or overnight oats. If I forget my breakfast, I can still get a healthy one from the sweet girls here at Froot Bowls! So glad they are in our building! I would include a photo BUT my French Toast Overnight oats are already gone! Edited to add photos! Thank you for my freebie! Your girls are so sweet!

Delicious açaí bowls, however very sweet. The amount of added sugar really concerns me. I also had an oat milk latte, but it also tasted as if it was sweetened and oddly had a coconut milk flavor. The staff were extremely friendly and provided fast service.

FROOT Bowls is a hidden gem that is located in the Center Court Food Hall BOK Tower in Downtown Tulsa. fROOT Bowls serves Breakfast and lunch. There are a wide variety of smoothies and other breakfast items like oatmeal and breakfast burritos. I really enjoy the Peanut Butter protein smoothie. The smoothie can optionally be made with whole milk which is my preference. For lunch, they have soup, sandwiches, and a smashburger. Today was a special day. They started a new service of buying soup by the gallon. I ordered a gallon of vegetable beef soup to have at home for the weekend. It is very fresh and tastes just like I want my vegetable beef soup to taste. I also get the honor of being the first customer to order this and take it home. I can't wait to be able to try another by the gallon. The chicken, mushroom, and rice is another of their great tasting soups. I really like fROOT Bowls and I really think they have the freshest food. Service is always fast and they are polite and courteous. If you find yourself in downtown Tulsa and need a good place to have lunch (before 2pm) then try the fROOT Bowl and have a scenic seat outside during the pleasant weather or inside the nice court. Don't be fooled by the cost per person. Normally breakfast is under 10$. Soup by the gallon. Was more but the number of meals to be had from it makes it economical.
