Great chocolate. Better customer service. Thank you to Amber and Phoenix (I pray i heard you right/spelled your name right). They took great care of me. Seems the Utica location is well taken care of. Thank you guys!
The peanut butter and jelly truffles were not good. They had no peanut butter flavor and little jelly taste. The oatmeal cookie truffle left a lengthy aftertaste that was unpleasant. The reps behind the counter had little personality and were clearly "hourly" associates who couldn't care less about making sales. Disappointing experience overall.
I got the Raspberry Hot chocolate and a 6-piece chocolate box. Delicious!!! All of the chocolates were fantastic, I adore Bananas Foster and that truffle specifically was my favorite!!!
