Everyone has their favorite burger place - this is mine. The burgers are still the best I've ever had, even if the fries have suffered over the years. A hamburger that is actually diminished by the addition of lettuce, tomato, et al.
We visited in July 2019 on our vacation from England. We’ve never been in a place like this. Goldies is legit Americana. The lady that served us was an absolute legend. She was friendly, funny and to the point. The food was just amazing and arrived promptly. When it came time to order the desert our lady told us we could have the chocolate cream pie and that’s it. We could have had apple pie if we’d been there the week before but the lady that used to make the pies died...
Went later in the evening, a bit before closing. Food was very fresh & delicious, our waiter very friendly, no feeling about being rushed out of there at all. Place was nice & clean!
