This is ridiculous! First off it came messed up! I spent 80 bucks! 80 freaking dollars! 50 bucks is way too expensive and I now only do once or twice a year because its too expensive!!! On top of it this was supposed to be chocolate writing on bottom and vanilla on top..this is not what i paid for. Im sick of this location letting me down!!! Look at this pathetic 80 dollar cookie cake order! Also, the icing is hard as a rock. It feels and taste like its been sitting out too long and it just came. How is this okay??? This is embarrassing and horrible that this is all I got my daughter for her birthday party and no one even wants to eat it thats horrible!

Picked this out from their catalog for Mother’s Day. It’s misspelled. It should say you’re, not your. This cake was so expensive and it’s not done correctly. Definitely not satisfied and I regret ordering from here

Gonna be completely honest, the cookie was stale,the icing was super hard and tasteless and barely had any icing. It use to be so good here! It was over 5 dollars for a thin cookie slice.. place has definitely gone downhill do not recommend:/

I used to go here alot Until I seen from up above that a man with gloves that served customers grab a Floor matt and drug it with the same gloves and then use those same gloves to get someone cookies! Made me sick! Wouldn't recommend if the workers can't figure out that its dirty to do such a thing and not change gloves.

Employees don't seem to care. Your cake icing or cookie will come out looking like crap not like any advertised pictures you see. They seem to go on 1HR breaks quite often and leave the stand un attended. You will have a pickup order placed and when you go to pick it up there will be no one there working so you have to cancel your order not knowing if the food is made already, or it wasn't made, or no one showed up to work today or what's the deal but huge bummer and waste of your time. Spend your money and time where people care about your order not here.

Debated placing a cake order for almost a week after seeing the prices. Finally talked myself into it, after seeing the beautiful photos online.
Biggest waste of money! The writing was very shaky, difficult to read, and not centered at all. There were specs of blue and green on the white icing (that was an up-charge and not flat at all). The cookie itself, seemed as though it had never been in the oven. It was dough, and paper thin. The icing layer was thicker than the cookie, and almost inedible.
Worst part… I sent detailed feedback online that very same day, and never heard back. It’s been nearly a week.

Came at 7:20 to make a purchase as they close at 8. The merry go round operator was in the booth preparing a door dash order because it had already been paid for. The cashier still wasn't back when we left at 7:45. Not sure why you would take a long break right before closing but we won't be back.
