Came at 7:20 to make a purchase as they close at 8. The merry go round operator was in the booth preparing a door dash order because it had already been paid for. The cashier still wasn't back when we left at 7:45. Not sure why you would take a long break right before closing but we won't be back.

I had a strawberry lemon cookie here or something similar to that flavor… before I write this I will say I did NOT come back to complain or correct the issue as I had a toddler in tow and we needed to leave… but I had this cookie and in the middle of the cookie I took a bite and it instantly locked up my mouth like when you eat something too sour or something… I spit it out and threw it away. I had a gritty gross feeling in my mouth for an hour, and About 5 minutes later I started feeling lightheaded and almost dizzy/high. It was so strange. I just think it was some citric acid or something similar and the cookie batter was either not mixed right before baking or the pans aren’t being cleaned in between baking. Idk. I was scared for a minute but it was okay after like ten minutes. Weirdest experience ever.

The people that work here are incredibly rude. On Thursday afternoon, there was a very long line for people needing to place an order. I was picking up a doordash that was already late. I walked up to 2 employees in the back who were eating and chatting. I told them of the doordash order and they told me I needed to wait in line and get it from the cashier. I said, "oh, it's not paid for?' They told me that it was paid for but that I still needed to have the cashier give it to me. I explained the situation and that the line was very long and asked if they could just hand it to me. They refused and went on chatting and eating. Absolutely ridiculous.

My son loves that special treat here and there. He isn't big on sweets and I hate making them and them going bad or me eating them! So I ordered the chocolate chip, m&m, walnut oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle and macadamia! My son loves the chocolate chip and M&M. My mom really like the oatmeal raisin. The snickerdoodle was liked very much as well, however the macadamia cookie was a flop! No one like it sadly! Would I order from here again? Absolutely!! I just now know what our go to cookies are now!!
Ordered a graduation cookie cake for my sons graduation, used one of the graduation designs on their site, and when I went to pick it up, it said class of 202, then the diploma that was supposed to be under it was beside the 202 awkwardly turned and it was the worst cookie cake I have ever ordered, emailed customer service & they didn't seem to care whatsoever that I paid $60 for a cookie cake & gave me something I was embarrassed to serve, just said thanks for the feedback, this is feedback i was making a formal complaint, that I'm sure got ignored, I spent a lot of money here over the years but never again will I shop or support this business, there's too many other business out there that will give me what I ordered and be better than this company. I implore you not to ruin your day by ordering from here.

I came later in the day so maybe they just don’t make fresh cookies throughout the day, but it was $10 for one iced and one double doozie cookie- I remember the prices being high, but that’s pretty high! They were unfortunately not very good. I had hoped to order a cookie cake but after seeing some of the reviews I didn’t want to chance that kind of money. I’m glad I didn’t! I would give the stand another try since I grew up loving GAC, but maybe just avoid them in the afternoon.
