I work in here pretty often and I've come here on and off since I was a teenager. A couple suggestions:

- when people are working quietly/have headphones on, it'd be nice if the barista could walk order over rather than repeatedly shout guests' names if there is nothing else going on. many other places do.
- what's up with the to-go cups for every order? it's a bit wasteful.

other than that, i enjoy the atmosphere and food.

Gypsy always has good coffee and I’ve certainly taken advantage of how late they are open before! Working nights, we greatly appreciate having a late coffee-stop option.

A very unique coffee and chai house with other drinks there was entertainment indoor outdoor seating and outside we got to witness people stopping by on their bikes or with their dogs and even their kittens or kitty cats on leashes!!! Very comfortable the staff exceptional all the guests were very friendly... Not being from the area it seems like several people at the establishment were regulars and all were very and if you want to walk to the Tulsa performing arts center from there it is very comfortable.

I love this place!! It is the only coffee shop I go to. They have open mic night for singing on Tuesdays, and they have open mic night for poetry on Wednesdays! The food, pastries, and drinks are yummy, too. A wonderful place, where people find love and family ❤️💕

I’ve been getting coffee here for years, just recently tried their sandwiches and wow! Very delicious. Great if you ate on-the-go. Highly recommend

I never have any problems when going to Gypsy, Except when a certain barista/ cashier is working, before getting assumptions of it may be because of my interaction with her or MY attitude, I have worked in customer service/ food service my whole life, plus I am also a respectful and nice customer to any service worker helping me, so I personally believe it is not because I was being rude or disrespectful during this interaction. As well I have heard from acquaintances that also frequent the establishment have also had bad interactions with this worker. So to the person (I don’t want to misgender but they present femine) with purple hair and glasses, you should really work on customer service, it is not a good look when you’re trying to act too cool to work there. Also not a good look when you’re rude to all your customers and when your personal friends come in and you’re all chipper, can make a paying customer feel like a nuisance instead of someone helping support a small local business.

I love getting an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich when I can make it downtown to the Gypsy. My favorite flavor is the “Euro Trip”. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This coffee shop is in a great location and they stay open late, as well.
