As someone who has worked in coffee as a barista, and in customer service for 8 years, arguing with a customer on making a cortado iced is a waste of both of our time. Make the drink with ice, it’s not that deep. Only offering your consumer an iced drink with espresso in 20 ozs is bad business practice, and having associates who argue with your customers on something so simple looks bad on you as an owner.

Gypsy Coffee House is a Tulsa gem. The vibe here is unmatched — cozy, artsy, and welcoming. Great coffee, killer pastries, and a spot where you can actually sit and get work done without feeling rushed. Whether you’re posted up with a laptop or catching up with a friend, it just hits different.
I actually ended up here after a rough morning when my car wouldn’t start downtown — luckily Miklos Towing came through quick and got me taken care of. Once the tow was handled, I walked over to Gypsy to reset and get my day back on track. Best decision I made.

Very creative place that has a great and inclusive scene. Wednesday nights they hold open poetry nights. Lots of cool people that enjoy the arts and help make Tulsa one of the best cities for the culture.
