Had a good dinner at Gyros By Ali. Came in on a Tuesday night and the place was pretty empty. I ordered the chicken platter and a drink at the counter. Got my Pepsi at the fountain machine and placed it on a dining table. Used the bathroom and walked back to the table. Within a minute, the chicken platter was ready at the counter. Quick is an understatement to describe the wait time. The entree came with basmati rice, Greek salad, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce. Surprisingly, the pita bread was the standout. They were soft, warm, and fresh; the best pita bread. Everything else (chicken, basmati rice, Greek salad, tzatziki sauce) was okay to good. I liked the basmati rice at this place. The tzatziki sauce was on the creamier side, and I was really indifferent to it. I don't think Gyros by Ali have the best Mediterranean food. If you really want to know, it's not even close. What it has is VALUE. It has the cheapest Mediterranean food in town. The chicken platter was only $12.99. Their most expensive entree is only $13.99. For this reason alone, it gets an extra star. To me, price is equally as important as the food.

For lunch I had the chicken shwarma and french fries. The chicken had a great flavor, though a little dry, the sauces and other ingredients tasted great. The fries were fine, but bland. I'd eat here again.

The gyro tasted good, but I wanted the meat sliced thin. It's more authentic that way. And 30.00 is way too much money for 2 gyros and drinks.

So many good things things to say. First the food is delicious! The flavors are incredible and the portions never leave you hungry but leave you wanting more. I have a routine of eating at Ali's twice a week since I work over at City Plex and have also turn many of my coworkers into fans of his food as well. They are also quick to get your order ready. This place is a gem!

We ate here for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! Our orders were ready quickly. There was plenty of food and it was hot, fresh, and affordable. I had the Gyro platter. It comes with beef and lamb, basmati rice, a salad, and fresh, hot, soft pita bread. I like that the sauce was on the side. My husband had the beef shawarma and said it was delicious as well. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Whenever we are in the area and craving Mediterranean food, we'll be back for sure!

There are several gyro places that I like a lot and always visit whenever I'm in their area.Today I was in Tulsa and tried Gyros By Ali, and they are better than all of my other favorites.The gyro meat, toppings, & tzatziki were perfect.In addition to that, pitas are normally neutral to me -I neither like them nor dislike them, they're just a carrier for the gyro. That was not the case here. The pitas at Gyros By Ali are really good. I would happily eat them by themselves even without the rest of the gyro.Then there's the rice. I generally don't care for Greek style rich, but I liked it here. Quite a bit actually.I will be eating here every time I'm in area in the future. Probably any time I'm anywhere near the area too.p.s. The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly and quick too.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access.
