Truly awful food. I’m worried I might become ill despite refusing to do more than sample various dishes in the hope that something would be ok. Also, I suspect the oil for frying is old and foul.

The staff was In no way friendly and often on their phones in the front. The chicken served in the buffet was extremely dry as were the mushrooms and Sushi. Everything here seems to be left out past the point of being fresh and stays on the buffet line until an unlucky customer decides to pick it up and eat it. The bathrooms are abysmal and something you'd see in a run down orphanage. The soda was the only decent thing and the restaurant was poorly lit, for $15-18 you could do so much better than this. I won't be returning and hopefully they learn from the lack of customers that they need to take more care of the food they serve.

1:30 on Thursday, I've never been here before. I didn't realize you pay before you eat. I stood at the front for a few minutes and a guy walks behind the counter and stares at me, I ask "do I just sit anywhere?" He then rudely replies that i need to pay him 1st and not assume that i can just walk in and eat! I'm on lunch so I stay too eat. They're busy which one may think means fresh food... nope, almost everything I ate was cold... if I could give less than 1*, I would!

Went here on a Sunday at 1pm I knew it would be busy and hopefully fresh hot food due to high turnover. The food to me is pretty bad. Low mein cooked to mush, hot wings 0 flavor, orange chicken labeled as sesame, teriyaki chicken fat & greasy, even the fried rice was mushy. I don't understand how this place is this busy, obviously not repeat customers.

This has been our "go to" restaurant for Chinese/American for quite some time, years but tonight for dinner their food was tasting different, dryer meat dishes, missing their sauces. Dining room was a little warm as well. We will try again to see if this is the "new"way
Had to give this place awash a star to leave a review. Food was disgusting and cold. Definitely overpriced and that’s not even the worst part, our waiter constantly was asking us if we were going to give her a tip. She would interrupt our family conversation to ask if we were going to leave a tip in cash or card??? She asked this at least 3 TIMES. How is that ok??? Never going again.
This used to be a favorite of mine, not just the food but the ambiance. I haven't been able to return for awhile now until today. Oh my gosh..... this place wasn't as bad as the one on 21st and Garnett but it was so different from the original that I wanted to cry. From the mold in the bathroom sinks to the food being kinda off all the way to the tea tasting old.Just don't go, just don't....

This establishment is badly outdated, & has been this way for many years. The inside always smells bad.The food always tastes bland. The restroom is always dirty. They overcharge for food every time I visit. The workers always loudly shout back & forth at each other, causing a tense atmosphere while trying to eat. I feel like they are complaining about customers in their language.I never have this many problems at any other restaurant that I visit.
Was here last week for the first time and it will be the last time. Was a waste of money, time and calories. Place was hot making it miserable to eat. Food was dried out. Mongolian grill was closed. The place didn’t have any sushi as seen in pictures. Waiter was rude. I asked her about sushi and she responded walking away. All i heard was “no sushi”. I don’t know if they don’t have sushi anymore or just no sushi that night. I called earlier that day asking if the weekday dinner buffet had the same food as the weekend, the lady said yes.
I am a tubie, so I need to blend my food. I have gone to many restaurants, and have found a handful (or two) of restaurants across the lower states of the US. that do not accommodate people like me; I use a stick blender to blend everything I eat. I need access to an electrical outlet for my blender.Sorry this has been so long, but, I need to get the word out for all the restaurants to put an outlet near the tables and booths.Anyway, this restaurant, Hibachi Grill, not only do they NOT have any outlets, the waitress couldn't speak any English and she was getting irate because we were asking for an outlet. She spoke loud enough for her boss to hear, so he came out and tried to explain, in broken English. Then he started raising his voice, and the waitress started getting louder. But we couldn't understand anything they were saying. We just said whatever and left. So I can't attest to the food, I can speak about the atmosphere and management. Everyone can decide for themselves. I just know they don't accommodate everyone.
The food was terrible. We would not recommend this place at all .
I sure would like to give this place more stars because I really like a good buffet. They missed the mark.I could only give Hibachi Grill Super Buffet 2 stars due to the food just being good enough to eat.The food on the buffet often doesn't seem as hot as I prefer on a buffet.I would say it was more on the cooler side of the good ol' thermometer. The service was fine. The nice lady was very attentive to our 3 top.
