I really like this Hideaway location. EVERYONE here is friendly. They checked up on us constantly and always asking if we need anything else. There’s a Hideaway literally 2 minutes from my house but I prefer this one, even though it’s a little far because of the service.

This review pertains specifically to our most recent visit. We have unfortunately encountered the same server on two occasions, and the service provided was consistently unacceptable. During our visit last Friday, there was a significant delay in receiving our beverages, attributed by the server to an accidental spill. Subsequently, two other tables received their food before us, despite our order being placed earlier. Upon noticing us looking around, the server offered an explanation of a large online order causing a delay. Given the circumstances, we requested our checks and pizzas to go, as we needed to return to work. At this point, we had been at the establishment for approximately 40 minutes. As the other table received their food, we decided to leave. The server, holding our boxed pizzas, observed us leaving, and we indicated that we no longer wanted them. As we exited, we overheard the manager inquiring about the situation. We intend to continue patronizing this location but will respectfully decline to be seated in this particular server's section.

We pick up food for dinner here often. It’s always ready on time and delicious. It can get pricey if you’re ordering cauliflower crust or appetizers, but for just a couple of regular pizzas it’s not any more expensive than anywhere else. My favorite is the Pizza of the gods and the Maui Magic and my husband and boys love the Big Country. Food is always ready on time when we order ahead and the staff is always really friendly and attentive.
