We have eaten at several HideAway Pizza locations in OKC and Tulsa. We visited the one on Cherry St. in Tulsa on 4/10/2025. The service was excellent, from the young men that opened the doors for us entering and departing, greeting us with a smile. The hostess had a very present demeanor and we can't say enough about our server Hammy, couldn't have asked for a better server. Great customer service will win me over every time and this time was no different. When I am in the Tulsa area I will definitely make this my go to place when I am craving a pizza.

This is my favorite Hideaway in Tulsa. (And not because it’s one of the only ones with a bar 😉). I like its location, I like how the service is generally pretty standardly good, I’ve never had a bad food item here, I’ve never had a bad cocktail here, and the inside is organized well. My only critique is that the booth walls could be higher so you’re not making eye contact with the person you sent next to. But otherwise, one of the cooler Hideaways in Tulsa. Feels less like a chain and more like a local pizza place on Cherry Street.

We were one of the first few there on a sunday. We were greeted immediately by everyone.. Smelled amazing in there. Waiter was awesome and pleasant. Service was quick and hot. Ofcourse the food was amazing.

I've always heard hidaway is great but man was I very disappointed. We came in happy smiling and left sour and disappointed. We were sat and it took over 5 minutes just to get drink orders and appetizer. Got those and 20 minutes later finally got our order taken. After the waiter left I decided I wanted a drink from the bar and waited for our waiter. Never saw her. had someone else bring us our food who ignored our empty drinks and empty apaptizer dishes. We ordered a pizza and pasta. My pasta was COLD. like the top bite was kinda warm but the inside was almost as cold as my drink. Spent 5 minutes just trying to flag down someone over that. They sent over the supposed Manager. Who asked if I would just like it heated or something else. I say heated politely with a smile because I'm trying to be understanding. She brings it back looks over our empty drinks and empty dishes from the appatatizer and before she even fully sits it down she's started to walk away. Had to holler at her and ask for a refill. Didn't even bother to ask if my food was warm or we needed anything else. Finally after being there for over an hour we finally see our server again and ask for to go boxes. Had to ask again for one for the pasta because she couldn't take 2 seconds to actually look at our table and acknowledge us to see what we needed. Felt like we were scum y'all were to bothered to deal with and highly disappointed. I've had better service at a hunts brother and a loves gas station.
