I want to love this place — I really do. It’s a Stillwater original, and the pizza itself is solid. But this location (Fort Worth) is tough. Both times we’ve visited, the parking has been a complete nightmare. The lot is about half the size it needs to be, and on our most recent trip we ended up parking nearly half a mile away at a hotel and walking with small kids. That alone makes me hesitate to come back. Decent pizza, decent atmosphere… but until the parking situation improves, I’ll be finding my pizza elsewhere.
This pizza joint is so sentimental to me as an OSU grad. Hideaway’s pizza is consistently amazing as is their service. We love the new Tuscan Torch pizza and hope you make it a permanent item!
Love everything here! The fried mushrooms are my favorite. 🍕🤤
Just like home in Stillwater.
We visited the Broken Arrow location recently with a very large group, and we were seated quickly and had great service! Drinks stayed full and food was served quickly. Appetizers and pizza were great!! 🍕
This company seems to have made breaking the law a cornerstone of their business, and it is despicable! Specifically violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. Just today I have read about disgusting behavior and taking the dignity of a customer in the middle of a seizure. What kind of company kicks out someone having a seizure? That was in Arkansas. Another store refused to accommodate a customer who uses an electric wheelchair! This was a 2 story location in Texas that does not have an elevator. For whatever reason they closed the downstairs portion, and were told by the manager that only the upstairs portion had available tables. Their “help” was to suggest they eat at the (counter height) bar, which does not have tables. I refuse to taint the wheels of my own power chair in a business that treats customers like second class citizens!
Sure the food is good, but the management is a joke. You have a clearly incompetent team at the Fort Smith location. One is rude to customers, one yelled at me, locked me outside of the building while I was in active seizure status asking for help, all the while he was keeping my caregiver inside the building. Customers helped me while the manager named Steve watched and showed little to no empathy or care while I back to back seize. Then he proceeded to threaten my partners job if my partner left to help get me to the hospital. Steve bullied me in front of customers and employees. Because bullying a disabled individual into a seizure by berating me was acceptable behavior, right? Another manager is HIV positive. This location is a mess. I am just thankful for the customers that helped me on the wheelchair ramp after I was forced out of the building while trying to bring my spouse his insulin. 0/10 for abusing a disabled person.
We sat for 54 minutes just to get our bar drinks, and we never got our app. Waitress came by LESS times than Shane the manager who had to correct our food twice. Not only did they forget one of our entrees and the app, it took almost 2 hours for our visit and we literally took our food home so….2 hours of watching our waitress ignore us and the managers scramble…:and they didn’t comp the food. The comped only the 2 things they considered their mistakes. And to top it off…I gave the waitress some constructed feedback and her response? “Ok!” Like “cool. Noted”. As if she didn’t care at all. We will NEVER return. Hide Away isn’t that good to be so condescending, incompetent, and rude.
Great family dinner

Megan and Chris at the Benton location are absolutely exceptional! They took amazing care of us! They went above and beyond to take extremely good care of us during a situation they had no control over. They deserve 10 Stars in my book but it wouldn’t let me give them that rating! We will definitely be back!

We spent over $45 last night to celebrate my 72nd birthday.. pizza crust was burnt , very little sauce and overpowered with onions. Ordered extra red sauce for the fried mushrooms which we didn't get. Husband had to go back for the sauce. Overall highly disappointed. We moved here in 2002 and have been buying from you since then although at different location.
The managers, trainers and staff are all very friendly, accommodating and it’s a pleasure dining at Hideaway!
I would like to say the manager at the broken arrow location knows how to take care of his customers. His staff accidentally gave me the wrong order during curbside service. I didn't realize until I got home. I called them and he told me if I would come back, we could keep the pizza we were given and he would make my correct order right away so it would be ready when I got back. When I got back my order was ready and he gave me the original order plus the freshly made order. Kudos to you for making it RIGHT!!!
Place always smells like mildew, 1st time I came here I got food poisoning.. I waited awhile but decided to give them another chance and that was a bad mistake.. ordered a chicken Alfredo. Brought it out with no chicken on it.. they did remake it. But sadly the next one they brought out had some pineapple in it.. I’m allergic to pineapple.. please talk to your employees about cross contamination and allergies that people have to do foods.. on the bright side the manager was very nice and respectful
I bought the Extreme Pizza and the only thing extreme was the price for such a small pizza! I’ll pay $50 for a pizza if it’s worth it but wasn’t, zero stars!
