We sat for 54 minutes just to get our bar drinks, and we never got our app. Waitress came by LESS times than Shane the manager who had to correct our food twice. Not only did they forget one of our entrees and the app, it took almost 2 hours for our visit and we literally took our food home so….2 hours of watching our waitress ignore us and the managers scramble…:and they didn’t comp the food. The comped only the 2 things they considered their mistakes. And to top it off…I gave the waitress some constructed feedback and her response? “Ok!” Like “cool. Noted”. As if she didn’t care at all. We will NEVER return. Hide Away isn’t that good to be so condescending, incompetent, and rude.

Megan and Chris at the Benton location are absolutely exceptional! They took amazing care of us! They went above and beyond to take extremely good care of us during a situation they had no control over. They deserve 10 Stars in my book but it wouldn’t let me give them that rating! We will definitely be back!

We spent over $45 last night to celebrate my 72nd birthday.. pizza crust was burnt , very little sauce and overpowered with onions. Ordered extra red sauce for the fried mushrooms which we didn't get. Husband had to go back for the sauce. Overall highly disappointed. We moved here in 2002 and have been buying from you since then although at different location.

I would like to say the manager at the broken arrow location knows how to take care of his customers. His staff accidentally gave me the wrong order during curbside service. I didn't realize until I got home. I called them and he told me if I would come back, we could keep the pizza we were given and he would make my correct order right away so it would be ready when I got back. When I got back my order was ready and he gave me the original order plus the freshly made order. Kudos to you for making it RIGHT!!!

Place always smells like mildew, 1st time I came here I got food poisoning.. I waited awhile but decided to give them another chance and that was a bad mistake.. ordered a chicken Alfredo. Brought it out with no chicken on it.. they did remake it. But sadly the next one they brought out had some pineapple in it.. I’m allergic to pineapple.. please talk to your employees about cross contamination and allergies that people have to do foods.. on the bright side the manager was very nice and respectful

I bought the Extreme Pizza and the only thing extreme was the price for such a small pizza! I’ll pay $50 for a pizza if it’s worth it but wasn’t, zero stars!

Wish I could give them negative stars! I just called in to make a complaint and the HR woman defended the restaurant in Tulsa Fontana Shopping Center and took their side even though the restaurant was in the wrong! I will never be working here ever again and my wife and I will never be ordering from there EVER!!!

Party of 8 with a 45 minute wait. Took us to our table for 4?! Told us they had us down for 4 and would have to put us back on the wait list. I don’t think so! It was their mistake and they could have easily made it right without making us wait that long again. So, here we are at Corky’s. Just as good if not better.

Went in at 3:15pm. Asked for a booth and was told they could not seat us in a booth even though they were empty. Sat at a table for 10 minutes or so and never seen a wait person. Watched several others be seated in booths. All around bad service. This was at the Enid Oklahoma location.

Pizza is exceptional, but the menu says they serve coffee however both times we’ve been there to eat we’ve been told the machine’s broken. The joint is new for crying out loud!!! It’s cold in the restaurant so I would like coffee, please. And if some people bring in a boisterous bunch(20 or so) kids please put them in another room!!! Sure they’re welcome to have fun, but some of us want to be able to converse with one another while we eat. Today we just ate defeated and in silence. .

This isn’t the first time we’ve received poor customer service. Ordered online, waited over 30 minutes past time pizza and wings were to have been ready. Had to go into restaurant to ask for order. Pizza and wings were barely warm. Got home to no sauce for wings, not happy. Spent approximately $50. Like any eatery that comes to Enid, ok at first then down hill. OKC here we come! Not sure if this Enid Hideaway is up to the task. Disappointed.

We went there for their pre-opening training! OH, MY!!!! Got boneless wings, extreme pizza without jalapeños, and salted caramel cookie! Took most of it home. Service was impeccable! Food awesome! we will be back! And, they have half baked pizza to go! what an awesome idea!!
