Sure the food is good, but the management is a joke. You have a clearly incompetent team at the Fort Smith location. One is rude to customers, one yelled at me, locked me outside of the building while I was in active seizure status asking for help, all the while he was keeping my caregiver inside the building. Customers helped me while the manager named Steve watched and showed little to no empathy or care while I back to back seize. Then he proceeded to threaten my partners job...
Megan and Chris at the Benton location are absolutely exceptional! They took amazing care of us! They went above and beyond to take extremely good care of us during a situation they had no control over. They deserve 10 Stars in my book but it wouldn’t let me give them that rating! We will definitely be back!
I would like to say the manager at the broken arrow location knows how to take care of his customers. His staff accidentally gave me the wrong order during curbside service. I didn't realize until I got home. I called them and he told me if I would come back, we could keep the pizza we were given and he would make my correct order right away so it would be ready when I got back. When I got back my order was ready and he gave me the original order plus the freshly made order....
