Customer service is excellent at this airport! Major difference from other airports I've been to. Keep it up!
Nice airport. easy to navigate.
Tulsa International Airport has a welcoming feeling. It has some sculpture-like works of art as you walk through the corridors to locate your destination. Their visual guides are helpful. Easy to locate departures and easy to maneuver within terminals. The TIA is also clean. Parking garages and nearby hotels that may shuttle to and from the airport available. For the nearby airport hotels check their terms and condition la about the shuttle service. Nice and friendly staff.
Easiest commerical airport in America. From parking to arriving at your gate takes 20 minutes most days.
Such great transport
Tulsa International is a small airport that is well planned and super easy to both park and fly into/out of.
Worst airport in America. No one goes anywhere once they land here. We've tried twice in the past two weeks to catch a plane out of this one-horse town. Everything is too late or cancelled.
The only thing that I noticed beside the airport was nice, the new signs do not designate which baggage claim is which.
Easy access. Fast and simple.
Everything is so close, do not have to walk long distances!

Every time I see TIA,I get t excited!! I love flying home.
Easy in and out!!!
Tulsa is the best airport I have ever flown into, and I've been there many times. For large city, it's a small airport, always peaceful that I've experienced, and very easy to negotiate.
Yikes… this airport is a mess 🤣
Our first experience was attempting to go through Clear and the most unpleasant woman screaming at people to get their boarding passes out (everyone has their boarding pass out, so we have no idea who or what she was referencing).
Then, we attempted to get food at Einstein - it was a complete disaster. There were 3 girls working there, all refused to work the register and forced people to use a kiosk that didn’t appear to be working, at which point everyone requested assistance from the girls working there, which they then begrudgingly helped with (horrible service). Once we got our bagel sandwich it was completely inedible and we trashed it.
We opted to stop at the Hudson news where there was a girl standing there but not checking anyone out (again had to use a kiosk). We got grapes and as soon as we opened them, we realized they were covered in mold. I returned them and mentioned to the girl working there that she should probably remove the others (I’m sure you can guess but they weren’t removed 🤣).
This airport is a disaster and has some of the worst staff I’ve ever experienced. If we weren’t forced to fly into this airport when visiting my in laws, I’d never come back. I realize it’s a tough job market but yikes, so better Tulsa or at the very least, invest in some training and development for your staff.
Flying out on a busy week. The airport was extremely calm and slow paced. No issues or delays.
