I’ve been to Hole Mole multiple times previously and loved it. I will still try to go back. However, tonight I showed up and put my name on the wait list, was told it would be about one hour. I said that was fine and I was willing to wait, but 4 hours later I have still not received a text for a table. Terrible service. Just tell me you won’t be able to accommodate.

We ate at Hole’ Mole’ for the first time today. My husband had the chicken fajitas. I had the pork belly tamales eggs Benedict. We started with the pork belly bites. Everything was top notch and the flavors were yummy. We will definitely be back!

From the host stand to your table everyone is super friendly. The vibe here is very relaxed. I’m not much of a drinker but they have a really great mock tail selection. And the food is absolutely amazing it literally makes me feel like I’m back in my grandmas kitchen. This is and will always be my new favorite spot.

Kid-friendliness: I don’t have kiddos but the host and servers from what I noticed definitely engage with them.

Went there for brunch. For the price you pay the food was very below average and bland. $5 margaritas were decent. Some of the worst chips and salsa in the Tulsa area. Great location, but below average food.

Very good food, congratulations.
I gave four stars for the service only because the manager did not come to our table when he was making his rounds asking the diners and he was the only one who skipped, we were also the only Latinos in that comment eating ?.

Congratulations again to the chef and the waiters!

Brunch on a Saturday, a beautiful day to sit in the patio area. We waited a lot, which was not bad since we had time and it was a nice day. But it took more than ten minutes for someone to get to us to answer questions about the menu (dietary needs). Another ten or so to take orders. Forgot to bring us chips and salsa. Took our drink order just before food came out. Then we waited again for the drinks.

Drinks: I would recommend sticking to their cheaper drinks menu. I ordered the specialty cocktail Oaxacan Old Fashioned and it was very poorly made. No complexity of flavor or layers.

Food: I like the concept (although the slogan “authentic Mexican food” is misleading as it is more of a fusion concept). We ordered Aguachile and Pork Belly Bites. The Aguachile was good. Nice heat in the lime sauce and good flavors. But the mahi was very small and inconsistently sized, more like a tartar. The pork belly was cooked well, delicious, I mean, can you go wrong with salty fatty pork?
It had a thick sweet sauce reminiscent of teriyaki (which was uniquely combined with guacamole). It was very different than what was described in the menu. Both dishes were not as expected from their descriptions on the menu and from the server.

Altogether, it was okay, like a lot of Tulsa restaurants. With some better attention and refinement it could even become good.

Dietary restrictions: Easily able to accommodate for dairy allergy.

Patio was fabulous and our server, Eddy, was friendly and attentive! The salsas with chips were delicious and the chicken fajitas were tasty, too! Plus $5 margaritas? Nice! They also happily validated parking which was easy directly behind the patio. ?

Service was ok, food didn’t taste anything like Mexican food, burrito was soggy, kind of cold, also rice was over cooked, the sauce was definitely not Mexican, sorry to be so hones. Prices are really high for that type of food, no Apple Pay to pay at the restaurant only cash or plastic, I would not recommend to any of my family members or friends, need a major improvement in your business if you want to compete in this market.

We ate at Hole Mole tonight for dinner. It was very good. I got the combination platter and my wife got hole’ mole chicken platter. She said hers was very good. I liked mine. Parking in the area can be a challenge. I backed into a spot on 15th St. I recommend going and giving it a try especially if you like mole’ sauce.

Parking: I was able to find a free parking spot in 15 th St . You have to back into the spot. A slight pain the butt. The parking free is behind the restaurants in the area and there are several restaurants on 15th Street. They also refer to the street as Cherry Street.

Kid-friendliness: No problem for children to eat here.

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem getting a wheelchair into the restaurant. The outside sitting might be a major challenge. The men’s restroom is handicapped equipped. A stainless steel bar next to a large toilet.
