$14 plus tax for one of the smallest burgers I have ever gotten. Said wagu but honestly tasted like a normal burger. Absolutely nothing special. A small cup also costs more than the fries. Over $3 for a tiny cup. Small burger with fries and tiny drink was $22 total.

my daughter had her baby at Hillcrest and is in the nicu, we went and tried this place today it was amazing. The burgers and rodeo fries was the best. Very friendly service too. Recommend everybody go try it. thank you

First time here! Burger is wonderful. Fries are perfect 👌 Great staff. Their house made spicy mayo is delicious 😋 I will DEFINITELY be back. Mad that I didn't come here sooner!!

This place is scammy. I ordered the wagyu burger which came out to $16 thinking it was going to be filling. While the burger’s flavor was decent, it was the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger. For $16? You would think there would be fries that come with that. When did we have to start buying fries a la carte? This place is a money grab. Look elsewhere.

I am a tax exempt veteran, I received distain/flak from the staff in my order. I requested my taxes to be taken off while providing my card that was issued by the Oklahoma Tax Authority. Staff took offense to my request.

After purchase, staff called me to inform me they were out of Wagyu. They tried to suffice the order with a double burger with an egg on top, an egg isn't worth $6. Staff was upset with my request for a refund. Red in the face while issuing my money back.

The Wag-Gouda Burger was honestly just disappointing. Half the burger was onion, the patty dry and tiny. Staff was whatever, they were in no rush and had no desire to smile. I waited a good 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Wouldn't recommend to stop here, it has a current 3.9 stars for a reason.

Visited the store on May 10th. Hadn't yet gone to Mother Roads Market, so we made the stop for my sister's birthday. My sister and I decided we'd try a Howdy burger. Looking at the menu, it was a bit pricey, but we decided to give it a try. We both had a double/w cheese $8.50. I got fries, and she got the onion rings $4.00. No drink for me, but since it was her birthday, the cashier gave her a drink on the house. The burger was small, but it tasted OK. Fries got cold too fast, not good. Before we left, my sister ordered a single burger to go. We both paid using a card. There was a customer ahead of me, and the cashier said something about we do accept tips, and then she proceeded to take my order. Both order totals were $12.48. I'm not sure of the total for takeout burger. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER!!! I'M LOOKING AT MY ONLINE BANKING MONDAY AND $17.48 WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. RIGHT THEN I SAID THIS ***** GAVE HERSELF A $5 TIP WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I FOUND MY RECEIPT AND THE TOTAL IS $12.48. THE CASHIER HAS FIGURED OUT HOW TO ADD IN A TIP WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S KNOWLEDGE. AT THIS POINT I'M HOT!! BECAUSE YOU JUST STOLE FROM ME. SHE GOT MY SISTER I'M GUESSING TWICE, $10.00. THIS IS STRAIGHT UP STEALING!! AND COULD HAVE CAUSE EITHER ONE OF US TO HAVE A NEGATIVE BALANCE IN OUR ACCOUNTS AND BOUNCED CHECKING FEE'S THROUGH OUR BANKS. THE NERVE OF SOMEONE THINKING THEY KNOW WHAT'S IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND DECIDE TO PAY THEMSELVES. FROM HERE I CALLED THE STORE AND GOT THE MANAGERS' NAME. (STEVEN) I TOLD HIM WHAT HAD OCCURRED GAVE HIM THE INFORMATION NEEDED. HE OFFERED ME NO APOLOGY AND SAID HE WOULD CHECK IT OUT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT AND GET ME MY MONEY BACK. TOLD HIM MY SISTER WAS ALSO GONNA CALL HIM FOR HER MONEY. I'M EXTREMELY MAD AT THIS POINT BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED THE MANAGER (STEVEN) 4 TIMES ABOUT MY MONEY BEING PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. THE LAST CALL HE CHUCKLED AND TRIED TO OFFER ME A MEAL. NO, SIR!!! I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED THE SAME WAY IT WAS TAKEN. IT'S BEEN OVER 12 DAYS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK. THE YOUNG LADY NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR STEALING . HOW MANY CUSTOMERS HAS SHE DONE THIS TOO. I GAVE YOU 1 STAR 🌟 CAUSE THE BURGER WAS OK. EVERYTHING ELSE IS BULLSHIT!! I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!

$30 for 2 wagyu burgers that came with no fries and no drink. Single patty burger with a slice of Gouda cheese, a slice of tomato, onions and sauce. That’s all that came on the burger. The buns looked like they were pulled from under a heavy box. No redeeming qualities if they think this is serviceable.
