I had the best experience in this establishment today I went through the drive thru and I ordered what I thought would be a large half sweet mint and half sweet watermelon tea (judge me if you want but it’s my favorite combo lmao) however the sweet girl there bless her heart thought that I meant two separate drinks one being mint and the other being watermelon when I let her know that I had actually meant to only get the one drink she immediately rectified the situation apologized for the confusion gave me a few coupons for free drinks and I got the two teas they had already made for me on top of the correct one she had made for me this was such a needed experience I know it seems small to be so appreciative over a few free teas but after the day I had this was exactly the pick me up I needed thank you to that girl I wish I got her name but she made my week<3

They are some of the most friendly people they give you a tour when you come in for the first time that was just simply awesome and not only is there tea really good but as well as their coffee hot or cold on both absolutely awesome place!!!!

I really attempted to give this place a try. I went in Thursday night because I saw the special order 4 for 20 bucks deal. First I was never greeted on Thursday night...thought ok their busy with the drive thru. Once I was waited on the guy behind the counter filled out my order and said it'll be ready to pick up on Saturday morning. Well Saturday morning came, only one customer in front of me. The guy behind the counter didn't have her ordered ready and couldn't find mine. Once he finished putting the customer in front of me together it was wrong. Now I was standing there for 20 to 30 minutes. I decided after the poor customer service from Thursday night and this morning and I didn't even want to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for an order I put in Thursday night that they couldn't find. Horrible customer service.

Every time I make a trip to Tulsa, I have to stop by here. It's a requirement. Happy hour is the best. If I could, I'd work here. ?. Everyone is knowledgeable. Friendly. Variety, oh boy! I'm ready for them to expand towards Tahlequah. I would work there in a heartbeat.
