On Sept 13, I placed an online curbside order over an hour in advance for 2 pizzas to pick up at 6:00. My husband went to pick them up and although he notified the store twice that he was waiting in the parking lot, no one acknowledged him. After waiting until 6:15, he went inside. Our pizzas were sitting in their boxes in the warming tray. When he got home, we discovered neither one was correct. One had the wrong toppings and the other had the wrong crust. I tried to call the store, but hung up after 52 minutes (no joke) on hold. So I called the store today, and the woman said they were insanely busy yesterday and they'll give me 15 percent off my next order!!! They gave me the wrong food (late), wouldn't answer their own phone, and can't even be decent enough to comp just one of the pizzas. We have been loyal customers since we moved into the area but apparently Howie's does not appreciate regulars. No thanks to your very sad 15% offer. I won't ever order from you again. No one else should. If you mess up like that and are not willing to make it right you don't deserve anyone's business.

As first-timers, it was pretty good. My husband especially enjoyed the "butter cheese" crust. Two complaints: (1) Too much marinara sauce. Would have preferred very "lite" sauce; (2) when i called, I was on hold for so long that the call finally disconnected, so I called again. Those things happen, but it's for sure we'll do it again.
Parking: The lot is large, so parking shouldn't be a problem.

Ordered pizza. They never showed up. I was told it would be 45 minutes. I waited an hour and a half before calling and the manager assuring me the driver was minutes away. Still never showed up. Howie lost my business. Very unprofessional.

Drivers are a danger to the community. Driver came out of the parking lot in a hurry and almost hit two cars, When I called the store the obviously young girl did not give a flying F#$i as she blew it off. This is very poor management and will get someone hurt, Avoid this establishment until they can get some proper management and drivers. We are Tulsa andwe should punish places that curse our values.

FYI, this is not a sit-down location. It's order to go only.The Howie Special pizza is pretty decent. It's basically aka "deluxe" from any other pizzeria. I really enjoyed the chicken club oven baked sub. This was my first time here as it was a convenient stop to where I was going in the area. Customer service was immediate and attentive with no one ahead of me.The CON about this place is that there are NO prices listed anywhere. (Even the online menu has no prices). You have to ask the attendant or purchase blind. The crust is very thin, but that's my personal preference.I would go back for the oven baked sub if I'm in the area again. The receipt said I paid $7.99 for the baked sub.

Great veggie pizza ...exchanged green peppers for banana which is much better. That pizza was a 5 star but.., pepperoni pizza was severely lacking cheese and pepperoni. Also ordered 3 salads, all brown lettuce, not at all fresh, not impressed. Order was done on time which was a positive.
