It seems horrible to me that they are playing with their customers, they are good at collecting money but they have their place closed when you arrive to bring your food. They are always closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I've called this place many times to place an order and never been disappointed. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait, but that's just because they are busy because of how good they are. Always a 5 star...if they don't answer right away, don't keep hanging up and calling back. Just listen to the awesome on-hold message and wait for them to pick up.

We have a standing order to receive 3 pizzas every Saturday by 1pm at a local business on 61st and Yale. Last week we didn't get our order until almost 4 pm, today, its 2 hours late and no one will answer the phone. We have sat on hold in an automated que for 30 minutes, never speaking to a live person. A few weeks ago we never even received our order at all, and when we called they replied 'What order?' The same order that has been standing for the past 2 years!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Pizza is OKAY, its nothing special, and certainly no threat to their competition. I would give them an F grade with the BBB.

Why are they always closed? My family and I ordered from them online today for a pickup. When we got there, we waited in curbside, but realized they were closed but we paid???! This is not the first time that this has happened. We had to drive to 81st just to get our order. SO ANNOYING. Why accept online orders for this location when no one is there? Driving to 81st is super inconvenient because it’s extremely far from our location. I advise that you call before placing online orders.

I ordered a large thin pizza with ham and pineapple. I also ordered a large thin pizza with three meats and two veggies. I did the three cheeser bread and the cinnamon bread. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust was so chewy that it was like it was microwaved. The toppings on the pizza we're good. However, their crust was just what ruined everything. So then the cinnamon sticks and the cheesy bread were not worth it at all. I will not be coming back. If it was good, the price was not unreasonable. However, it's just that chewy type crust even on the thin pizzas that I ordered was still too much to chewy chewy chewy Get a different crust I could return

First let me say food was delicious. However, I was quoted 40 min and followed delivery tracker. At 1 hour, I called the store to check on my order and was told it was coming out of the oven right then. 20 minutes later it still wasn't on the way. Another couple minutes later it was finally on the way. Just don't like being lied to, there's no way it was coming out of oven and still hadn't left for 20 minutes. Love the food but not sure if I'll order again. i needed to eat so I could take my meds as I'm home sick.
