I wanted to love this place. As someone who doesn’t eat dairy I thought this would be my new go to place. The first visit was ok. Food took forever but it was on point. After that visit, I’ve never had a successful transaction where what I ordered was what I received. Most recently I went to do a door dash pick up and when I arrive they told me .. “‘oh we didn’t make your order because we don’t have vegan cheese” when I asked if they were just out for the day or if it was forever, they told me it had been a while and they didn’t know if it would ever come back.
You could have told me that through the app before I drove across town.
100% will never be back. Even if they do have dairy free items in stock, I can’t guarantee that I’ll get my order correct. When you’re eating on the run and have limited time, these constant mistakes add up to pure frustration. Never again.
Vegetarian options: They advertise vegan options but never have them in stock and do t update DoorDash when they are 86d

Have never been to I heart Mac & Cheese before and was very disappointed. We went in and they were out of everything. Asked for gluten free noodles which they were out of along with the gluten free bread. Then asked for tator tots instead as they were part of the combo - out of tator tots. Another friend ordered the buffalo chicken reg mac and cheese. Out of carrot slices. Out of meatballs. It was more like tell us what you have then. Not sure we will ever go back.

Went here the first time with my gf, asked for recommendations for a bowl and grilled cheese sandwich.Selected the BBQ rib grilled cheese and the blue cheese Mac bowl, I will start with the bowl, gf doesn't like blue cheese, I do, I thought the dish was prepared great, the quality of the Mac and sauce is amazing and the noodles quality is amazing. Over all, 7 out of 10 for me.Now the sandwich, 10/10Concept, preparation, taste, quality, satisfaction eating it were all pleasant.Kudos to my man working the shop solo.

I have ordered the vegan grilled cheese twice on Postmates, both orders separated by several weeks. Both times, they were out of vegan cheese.Why accept the order if you're out of the product you're selling? I can understand it being a one-time issue, but twice? This issue cost me $20 each time and resulted in zero food. If you're not offering vegan products, that's fine, but take it off the menu.

First time trying I heart Mac and cheese, I got the chicken Parmesan and my friend got sweet & spicy. We made a mistake, my friend didn’t know the sweet & spicy bowl had no pasta. The lady didn’t explain good enough. But it was ok. so we came back and asked the employee if it come with pasta. It wasn’t suppose come with pasta but he made a second bowl on the house. Ngl it more like pasta than Mac & cheese, also it’s very overrated

We went around noon on Sunday 2-24. We was welcomed right away. They staff was awesome. The young man that waited on us was so kind. He explained the menu answered our questions and was very helpful. The other young man and lady spoke clearly and smiled the whole time. It was nice to see 3 young adults act so professional for once. This was our first time there but won't be our last ?
