It was my first sno cone of the season and the staff was all VERY helpful, as their menu is extensive. They were friendly and helped distinguish between the floats, whips, and regular sno cones. When I wanted a mix between a sno cone and a whip, they were more than willing to accommodate. This was at the 51st & Harvard location. I stumbled across it while waiting for my boy friend to finish donating plasma, and I’m absolutely thrilled I did. Couldn’t have asked for a better...
This place is absolutely perfect for a pineapple whip for a warm day. I got the pina colada mix with regular pineapple whip and I would say both are super good. However the og pineapple whip is definitely better. This was a medium for $5.50. The line was so long but it didn't take long to get my order.

Most of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. However, there was one older lady working when I visited who was noticeably snappy and seemed to have very little patience. It was a bit off-putting compared to the usual warm vibe. Still, the rest of the team was great, and I’ll definitely be back.
