It's an IHOP but not one of the better ones I've been to. Fried food tastes like fish including the chicken and fries. Front of the House Staff were doing their work, but management was more busy asserting their power than helping run food, check on tables, or helping out.

Worst IHOP ever. Don’t have biscuits, waffles, half of the dinner menu is out. What kind of ihop doesn’t have waffles? Their excuse was “the waffles keep sticking to the waffle maker so they aren’t coming out right”. Also they gave me 2 bits of Mac and cheese with my platter meal. I shouldn’t worry thought because he said they weighed it out to 4 ounces ?

Our waitress, Courtney, was awful. Horrible attitude the entire experience. Loudly yelling "Next" while taking our table's order and never looking up from her writing pad. She clearly had her kids and family sitting at the table near us, and all her attention was solely focused on them and them alone. She was seen stopping and sitting at their table and eating off their plates and talking on her phone mutile times. All the while, she never came to our table to refill drinks, had to wait 20+ min just for her to take our order, and food service also took forever. Menus never picked up from the table. Coffee pots from previous customers left at our table when seated. When food finally did come out, courtney thought it was acceptable to lean across the entire table and hand my sons plate to him while telling him the plate was extremely hot. Hes 10. The only redeeming quality of the entire visit was that food was decent despite getting egg orders wrong but assumed that was due to the waitress barely paying attention while taking order. When Courtney finally came to bring bill and collect plates she just stood at the end of the table and asked for us to collect all the plates from the table and hand them to her while she just stood there. I have never experienced such bad customer service before. It was appalling. Very, very unsatisfactory experience IHOP. Was downright shameful.

Usually not too bad but this last time it was pretty bad. Several ingredients forgotten on main items of dishes. They do have gluten free pancakes, however, I would definitely double check that they were made GF(mine was ordered to be but come to find out later the GF mix was forgotten).Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free(GF)
First of all the eggs was cold and whenever I let them know whenever I got them back all they did was go microwave them and the bacon was so hard I couldn't even eat it...Very Very disappointed in IHOP...

It keeps asking me to do a review because I'm here so often. I work here ?The food is decent. I really like the steak tips but we can't get those as our employee meal so I don't get them often cause b!ches be broke. The quesadilla is pretty good, too.Most of the servers are friendly towards customers but there's quite a bit of drama behind the scenes... It's a super toxic environment, honestly and the pay is cr@p. I'm only still working here because of my regulars who come to see me. The customers are amazing. I love making them laugh and making their day just a little bit brighter ?
