They charged me 3 times for one meal. Then when I attempted to get my money back the Manger says he would call me back then never does. When to the store 3 time finally gave up. Never will buy a single thing for this place again.

We came in for a late lunch in a Semi. All over town you see signs saying no trucks. We pulled into IHOP parking lot and they treated us like family. Told us we was welcome to park all night if needed. The Assistant Manager Court went above and beyond. Thank you IHOP and all your crew.!!

Last night, myself and a friend of mine were waiting on another friend to get home for work near 31st and 129th.
We decided to pull into iHop and have a cup of coffee while we waited. We met a young woman named Sandria (skinny) who completely amazed us both.
She didn't simply follow corporate standards for customer service, she embodied great customer service. She exceeded acceptable standards.
If more businesses could instill the natural essence of customer service that I witnessed in Sandria; fewer and fewer businesses would be throwing in the towel.
We talked, laughed, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you are in that neighborhood, please stop in and tell her Big Gary says hello.

IHOP on 31 & 129th is the best ihop I have been in. The service was quick, staff was courteous and attentive to the point I was prompt to speak and shake the managers hand. I was amazed with everything I’ve experienced there. If you want to experience a relaxed dining environment this ihop (31st &129th) is the place to be.

This place is the worst! The waitress came back to the table twice to get our order straight and it still wasn’t correct. I ordered the quick two egg breakfast and she kept asking me about Belgian waffles which I never ordered. When the food came out, I didn’t have any hash browns and she said I ordered waffles. I never got my hash browns and even brought up the menu on my phone. This is the second time we’ve tried going here and both times they didn’t get our order right. Won’t go back!
