We have vending at my work place. Already majorly over priced items and they charge you more if you pay with card. I called and the lady was friendly but this isn’t acceptable. Sneaky sneaky. I’ve been buying from the machine for almost a year and half. Nope. I’ll just drive somewhere and get a whole box for the same price. Convenience isn’t convenient if it’s inconvenient(lol).

I work at one of your clients buildings, the food quality has been crap lately, and there aren't any good options, juts breaded crap. I'm making this review because I brought some pep cheese stick from your kiosk, and they tastes like nothing. And there is no cheese in them whatsoever. Please do better or I'm not going to be purchasing this crap anymore. I want my veggie that's back.

Prices consistently rise and they argue inflation, but are doubling what they make from wholesale in most cases. Vending machines always broke. Do not use this company. The worst.

In the 3 years this company has been supplying vending where I work, EVERY item of food has gotten smaller & more expensive! I could get an amazing salad from a restaurant for what they're charging for almost no food!!! I will nor be spending my money with Imperial anymore!

In my opinion, in the food production area, the manager has to change several things. Since the machines are her favorites, I have seen people tearing their hair and passing the food through the machines, that is not done. And Sandra doesn't tell them anything. Since Sandra lets them do what they want and those of the machine Sandra is a reckless woman and a person who does not value and is a person without education to speak to another person since in a job she goes to work and she only goes to talk of people
