Decent sushi when it finally arrived. Never seen such a disorganized cluster. Server was apologetic. Orders all mixed up for entire table. Drinks as well as food. Probably won't be back to this location anytime soon. Have not had these problems at 61st and Sheridan.

I went to this place around 6:45 last night as a single person just wanting some sushi and beer. They seemed busy when I arrived so I said I don’t mind sitting at the bar to save them their open seats. Once seated it took over 20 minutes for a server to come by. I placed my entire order at this time. 5 minutes later my beer shows up, and another 5 after that my miso soup shows up. I remember thinking to myself “this is some fantastic soup”. This is where my good experience ended unfortunately. They seemed like they where understaffed or poorly managed because I was witnessing huge piles of sushi lined up on the counters to be served, with no servers in sight and the pile just getting larger with every roll the chefs completed. This pile was also located on the counters you have to walk past to get to the bathroom. That last point will be important momentarily. I waited for my food to show up for 50 minutes without being checked on once, updated once, or given any acknowledgment that I was actually there. As I was waiting in my frustration I witnessed a lady walk out of the bathroom, sneeze on the sushi waiting to be served, and continue on her way to her table like she didn’t just contaminate about 30 dishes. At this point I paid for my miso soup ($4), and my beer ($4.50) with a $20 bill and told the server to keep whatever is extra, leaving promptly after. I will not be back and seriously doubt the sanitary practices of this establishment after what I experienced and witnessed.

This is our "go to" sushi restaurant close to home. They have multiple locations as well. The sushi selections are varied and hold together well. We love the ITR salad. If sushi is not your thing, I recently tried a Philly wrap that was sensational!

This place reminds of a Hooters girls who aren't hot enough to get into hooter the servers dress very inappropriate. The service....awful. I asked for just fried rice and then tuna roll on the side and she gave me the roll in the rice, I'm not sure if they drink on the clock or worst but it's not that hard to do your job, also one of the servers hit on my underaged son. I understand you need to make money but if you're willing to sell yourself visually go to a strip club or a hotel.

I go go all of their restaurants very often! Today I went to this one and they were so rude. We went at an awkward time and at least 80% of the restaurant was empty. I asked for a table and they claimed they were all reserved yet only one table said reserved. Avoid this one and go to the other ones!

I go here pretty frequently it’s one of my favorite places to get sushi. Tonight I called in my order and they told me that it would be finished by nine. I told them what my car looked like and I sat outside in front of the restaurant I sat there on the phone and continue to wait, the food never got to me and I never got a phone call from the team by the time I look down at my phone it shows that it has been 30 minutes past the time they told me that I would be done. I went ahead and called them at that point and they didn’t answer the four times I called. Someone was outside cleaning everything up at that point. I got so upset that I just left.
