It's fancy. Makes one feel like you not in Tulsa anymore. Food was a bit over average. I had ChoCho Beef and Korean Hot Wings. Good flavor. Price a bit much for the small portion size. I can't talk about the sushi. I didn't order any but my friend did. He loved it. 😍
Best part is balcony and view. Not many places offer similar.
I recommend it for dates.

Food was amazing, the atmosphere wonderful, the waitress, not so much. Disappeared for long stretches of time. Wasn't busy so not sure what she was doing but had to Ask other wait staff to go get her. Had a great time, just needed a little more attentive waitress. Will return.

I stopped by In the Raw Vu around 5:30 pm. It was already pretty busy, and I grabbed a seat at the sushi bar. It took a little while for the waitress to come over, but once I ordered, the service moved along fine.
I tried the Chicken Teriyaki rice bowl and the Nirvana sushi roll. The bowl was just okay—nothing special. The Nirvana roll was good, though not amazing. For dessert, I had the cheesecake, and that was definitely the highlight—really delicious.
The environment itself was cool, and the view was outstanding, which made the atmosphere enjoyable. Overall, though, the food felt more “good” than “great,” and I don’t think I’d go back.

Very nice restourant, very good location and very good view. They have a big balcony and the atmosphere is fine. I guess the atmosphere depends from the time and day. I was there during the day, after lunch. I ordered some calamari and they tasted so good. I wanted to try some sushi since its a sushi restaurant, but i was not so excited about it. I ordered 3 kinds and they were fine , but I think they can do better, or maybe was not my day. Lol. Prices are decent and fine , considering the location and the view, but they do need do change the couch covers or change it to different material because they are SOOO dirty and people need to sit and eat there. That's all because those tables are not very comfortable for eating. I saw people put their feet on the table ,literally everyone of them , like relaxing.. , and than they put the food and eat. Come on. And because it's so low they end up holding their plates like they in the front of their TV home and of course they gonna spill . The guests that are on the tables , eating nice food ,enjoying the view ,they don't want to see someone feet on table across of it , or under someone's skirt. Servers were ok , but the management need to put some code about the feet and server's nails and hair. Way to big nails for a server (like 2 inces) , and they need to tie the hair . The restaurants is way to good for this kind of things.

As a visitor from New York spending time with my baby sister. She took me to this rooftop spot in Downtown Tulsa, Ok and I can say that this is a wonderful place. Excellent food, great ambiance and a beautiful atmosphere. ☆☆☆☆☆

Sitting inside was too loud. I would prefer the loud music outside of on patio only.
People wanted to talk through meals so its a restaurant of music and shouting people.
Its a good place if you dont want to have deep meaningful conversation.
